Steps to fix your device.
1. Remove the ear buds from the charging case.
2. Put one ear bud in your ear.
3. Hold the button on the charging case for around 20-30 seconds
4. The voice in the ear buds will say "Bluetooth list cleared" once the reset is complete
5. Put the ear buds back in the charging case and close the lid.
6. Open the lid and use the Bose music app to connect to them again.
7. You may need to delete the old Bluetooth connection from your phone in order to reconnect to them.
8. Get back to jamming out 🎵
