Before you ask. Yes there’s a trap outside that was primed. I believe there may be air intrusion (cracked drain pipe) before the trap outside meaning air is rushing in before the trap and not allowing the inside pan to drain. He’s gonna install a running trap out of the unit first and see what we get….
