@@davidkearin3622 mate I make between. 250 and 400 a day doing this job but that’s working 5 days a week. Not even 6 hours a day. But it’s seasonal remember 10 months a year it dies down around October so make sure you have money put by to cover the months you don’t work. Or clean gutters to see you through the winter

@@ashleygarnish9995 yes mate. So I measure in m2 using a measuring wheel so anything that falls under £130 is charged at £130. I’m getting bookings already for jobs mate. I have two roof cleans booked in but mostly just gutters until march I recon. Best advice I would give is just go for it mate. Don’t waste a year thinking about it as that’s a year you could be building a business for yourself. You won’t regret it pal 👍🏻
Hi Ronnie. I will get one done soon. I normally just use my x jet as that does the mixing for you. I have a video on it. They are definitely worth investing in but I will do one on how I mix it if using a watering can. And what strength you need on certain surfaces

I hated my job that much mate it was making me miserable and my family life miserable. So I bought the equipment then just quit my job started doing friends and family taking before and after pics and it’s just taken off from there. Now I’m busy every week.
I've got the slipstream Pro 20 will upgrade next year to a Briggs and Stratton 300bar if extra work comes in. Try and keep crap out of your bin as you don't have a filter. Hope all goes well
@@Weirjetwashing It's a great feeling getting a decent wage from a jet wash job and looking back at it and say to yourself wow that's a great job. I'm a gardener too and revisit a few jet wash jobs I did then I'm back at there's cutting there grass. You could do that too if work goes quiet
@@Weirjetwashing Yes is a good reliable machine can't wait to invest in a 300bar next year I like the wet jet 14" surface cleaner only a cheap one but I do have to unclog from time to time it's a favourite of mine. I'll keep buying the wheeled machines as one day my van is loaded with gardening gear and next gutter vac and brushes for wall washing then pressure washer. Have you got yourself brushes to offer gutter washing and a vac for sucking out the gutters

im a window cleaner at current and have a good round of about 200 houses but i keep getting asked for pressure washing services so im thinking of adding this on what psi and liter pm would you recommend to do mainly houses with some commercial work i was looking at the slip stream pro but the the prices make my eyes water 🤣
Hi mate. That’s amazing you have that steady income. I would honestly always recommend a Honda gx390 21 lpm machine as they are the business 😂 but if you looking for something to help you get jobs done in enough time then definitely minimum of 15lpm. Psi does not matter in pressure washing it’s all about the flow rate of the machine so anything over 15lpm would be ideal. You can get 15lpm honda for just over 1k

You buy surfactant and add it mate. So add 500ml to every 20l batch you buy. If you buy the hypo from a company called pure seal the surfactant is already included but they are double the price of anywhere else. So I tend to buy my hypo and surfactant elsewhere and just add it myself 👍🏻

Yes mate they have a trade counter. Just type in Bonnymans Beith but I’ve found a more local company where I live in neilston. Voe chemicals. You can pick up from them I just send the boy a text whenever I need stuff. Probably best going there than going to Beith it’s 30 quid for 20L. Just Google them

Customers water. You wouldn’t be able to do the job otherwise.
The tank is just a buffer tank as the machine uses 15 lpm and a tap is normally around 9 lpm. Not enough

I would always recommend a Honda 21lp gx390. As for the Hyundai there’s a place called pws in Stafford that will service them down south.

Where do u connect the x jet to mate? The return line?
It connects to the end of your hose m8. Just like any other lance. Mines connects using a quick connect

I would use a telemetry laser to measure way faster and making square meters in 2 seconds. Is around 10-20£ on Amazon
