For me this is my best far cry it’s setting truly felt like American. And while Vaas is the best villain Jacobs trials of actually like manipulating the player into following his rules is amazing. We become so used to just killing the enemy which progressively becomes the resistance over the trials
The nukes are actually the start of a nuclear war (IIRC it is North Korea in the radios). There are hints sprinkled throughout the game by radio, posts, and whatnot. Joseph himself also said a few times the purpose of the cult is to prepare for the end times, and constructed the bunkers specifically for nuclear fallout.
The best part of (most) ubisoft games is they almost always have full co-op campaign... an aspect that gradually becoming more and more of a rare feature in overtly saturated battle royale type of "multiplayer" nowadays.
I actually really love this game. And the environment. Fighting peggies and listening to the funny things they say never gets old. I love throwing bats, pipes and shovels at baddies. Plus I love the double buddy perk where I can have two guns for hire at once with me. So I chose two sweet girls and say I'm going with my ladies. On a road trip or so. The only two things to make this game perfect would be peggies roaming the map after completing the game like in Far Cry 4, New Dawn and 6. And I'd love to have New Dawn's double jump.

The entire time nukes where going off I was wondering why the trucks battery didn't explode and burn with the rest of the wiring, then i wondered why I could still hear the radio because the EMP would've taken that out first.
Running around on this game on Co-op was probably the most fun I’ve ever had playing video games with my friends, brothers, and cousins. We played with a full lobby, never took anything seriously, and just screwed around, sooo much fun 😂

Vass predicted what this series was going to be and he was right or the dude who told this to him before he kill him just play the 3 because the game tell you that you do the same shit over over again or maybe 4 because you can finish in 15 minutes by doing nothing and apparently this ending is canon
The whole thing about glitching out and waking up in different places actually fits with the story if you know what datura is. Pro tip: never do datura! It really is actual real life nightmare fuel. The trip reports are insane!

I'm just saying that with the melee homeopathic, you can one shot almost anything, vehicles included, but it doesn't immediately blow it up it sets the engine on fire, also it one shots the "demon moose"
As lame as the ending was, though New Dawn did make it okay, this game is still more fun than FC6. Loved the DLC especially the zombies, and the arcade mode was great. Some really good maps there. And I had lots of fun chucking bats and shovels.
I was enjoying this game up until the very end in which I became incredibly pissed off due to the fact that the game just ends with all the people you saved dying either by you from drugs, or by A NUCLEAR EXPLOSION which makes absolutely no sense because how did Joseph get 3 NUCLEAR BOMBS
In the nuke ending its implied that the cults theories that ww3 was about to begin was correct. How the fuck did this align perfectly with us arresting him and why doesn't ww3 begin if you don't arrest him? No fucking clue, nuke ending isn't Canon anyway so it doesn't matter I guess
I just picked up Far Cry 3, it’s great so far from a campaign perspective :) I havnt really touched hunting or anything else yet(a big mistake, as I can still only hold one weapon lol)

I hated it because the moment I saw resistance members I wanted to stop fighting but it just resets it. No player agency.
