anyone know what drums he uses for this gig? I am looking to buy a jazz/hip hop kit and this seems like the right direction.

It's a ludwig, probably a classic maple but really drums are all about heads and tuning. sizes decide that potential... no such thing as a hip hop kit per say, just how you tune and play it.

I miss the finess in this interpretation, and this Wayne Shorter classic is written in 3/4 measure. Where can we find that in this interpretation. I miss the lightness of the 3/4 measure.
