Hey ol' buddy! Thanks for showing us Northerners what goes on with cotton. When I was in Northern AL last spring, I saw those stalks in the field but no cotton- except at the gin where we weighed a trailer. Thanks again!
I remember when I was a little boy, my mom and brothers picking cotton by hand , by the time I got old enough to pick , the cotton picker came along , saved by the bell lol 😂
Pretty cool machines!!! Thanks for the showing it off Jacky!!! That might be Spark footage, as I it seems like you mentioned you have a Spark😎 really good !!!!
Sure is cleaner than harvesting peanuts! beautiful drone shots Jacky. That high dollar picker/stripper is doing a great job picking almost everything from those plants. I like the idea of round bales instead of the long stacks of cotton.
The main reason they run the John Deere is one man can harvest the Cotton and it’s pretty much non stop. The peanuts is a dusty job. One of the worst I’ve seen . Have a good one
Man oh man. How I wish that I could see more of these videos. It’s something about cotton harvest that is so satisfying to me. The picker is pretty cool too, and the cotton looked amazing.
Thanks for watching. I’m glad you enjoyed it. I just went to a cotton gin and made a video a few weeks back.We have lots of farming videos. Cotton-corn-Tobacco-Peanuts-Hay and cows. Plus some dirt track racing videos. Have a good week
