Josh, Hellen is unattainable for us both, it seems. I’ve tried it twice too! The first time my wife and I actually made it into the city limits! We got off the bike at the first stop, a gas station, and found out her dad had a massive heart attack, he shouldn’t have survived according to the dr. Needless to say, we came home. We tried again 2 weeks later and I laid the bike down about 10 miles south of Helen. My wife ended up with her pelvis broke in 2 places and her back broken in one place. The bike was totaled, but she made an amazing recovery! That was 2 years ago, and we haven’t tried again! My father in law made a full recovery from his heart attack as well, FYI. I guess for some of us, it ain’t meant to be my friend! Stay safe.
We just got back from Sturgis, and we back in NOLA after a week. We went downtown Sturgis to hangout and before I knew it, I was talked into doing a test ride at the Harley Setup. I got to say, the Pan American was so fun to ride with all those adjustments and sport modes. I was shocked how fast and quite it was. Only if I could afford a second bike with no question about it thats the ultimate bike to have in my garage, and extemely comfortable too. I only rode it for a few miles and I busted on it when I hit the Hwy 90 till the next exit, very fast. I felt like this beast can do anything off and on road.
Watching you and Chey’s videos back to back feels like I’m some supernatural entity that can jump from body to body. First I experience that lightning strike through the eyes of Cheyleesi, and then a few minutes later I’m in Shadetrees head watching the same scene, but this time from the outside.
Someone once said 'an adventure bike is the bike you have'. Well hooligan bikes are the same way, I've found out that if a pedestrian will fit through a gate or down a sidewalk then my Road King will fit too. Yep, 53 years old and I'm a born again hooligan.
Now there's a man that's not afraid to make a fashion statement. I gotta admit that you looked COOL and with a lovely lady no less👍👍. That Pan American is freaking AWESOME. Keep on keeping on Shadetree you had me grinning and laughing.
I totally relate to your rant on ADV bikes. I do treat my Super Adventure like a giant super moto. I put alloy wheels with street tires on it and do full throttle passes through downtown on one wheel, just cause I can. Sure, it is great to tour on, or go camping up on a mountain somewhere, but where I love it the most, is just running errands around town.
Man I'm totally connecting with the big boy comments lol. As a 6'4 440lb dude that wears 14-15 boots I feel this in my soul!!! Absolutely love your content.
A few years ago I finally checked out the Big and Tall shops. I am really glad I did. I can now find dress shirts with necks that fit. You can button that top button without choking yourself out. And the tall legnth on the shirts actually tuck in more than half an inch. I've got a long torso, so it's a must.
Saw a Pan-America for the first time in person the other day as it rode by and I gotta say, it's a pretty nice futuristic looking but still classic Harley elements bike. Think Harley might be going in the right direction with it.
For those of us who as teenagers relied on a bicycle to go anywhere, a motorcycle offers the same feeling of freedom no car can give you. I think you just made the best Ad for this bike and free of charge to HD. Pan America, a bike for the urban off-roads and the kid in you.
Ive watched so much of your content and its good to see you getting a bit dirty again. Im not saying you should become a dirt bike channel but its entertaining to watch a biker ride in the woods or a hare scramble. Your worst race ever is honestly your best video you took a beating and just kept going. That mixed with the biker content is priceless.
ah yes every time I see the Honda it reminds me of my wonderful stay in Bangkok Japan. where you could spend a lifetime looking at emoji blossoms and it would not be a life waisted
We just moved to Tampa area, have enjoyed alot that ybor has to offer... everytime we pass something we've seen in your videos my wife will say hey shadetree filmed that 🤣
Yea I just moved to Tampa with my wife and daughter as well about 3 weeks ago. I do the same thing yiur wife does...🤣😁😅 point out all the places I see in Shadetree's videos...LOL. I do have to say I know all the good spots to eat due to Surgeon.. waiting to run into him when I go too...
Happy B day to Hexe . i turn 44 at the end of this month so my youth died long ago lol. you still look 20 btw. i think the Pan is a 1250. either way it looks fun as hell. Barf Party having its own memorial is awesome lol. GA should make the oil spot a historical land mark . " here is where the FXR gave up the ghost " the way the mail is now days it might as well be delivered by boat lol. no matter how bad my day has been your alls vids makes it better 👍. good vid
A bike review that didn't mention throttle response, frame geometry, suspension travel....also the first review that makes me want that harley. Love my triumph street twin, but this looks like it could unleash a wilder ride without having to go anywhere different.
I live on Maui. USPS loses so much of my mail per year or significant delays. Never a problem with UPS or Fed Ex. One time received a label of a box and that was it with USPS.
I got to test ride the Pan America in Sturgis the other day. I really have nothing bad to say about it. I would add it to my "stable" if I could afford to!
Man Tampa is tricky with the rain and storms, I tell the wifey let's ride cause it's 85° and nice. A few moments later it's raining cats and dogs and thunder like I've never heard before.. I appreciate your vids now more than ever that we live here in Tampa. Moved here about 3 weeks ago.
I do the Grand canyon adventure type shit on my BMW GS, but I also appreciate the urban hooliganism/giant Supermoto that you do on the Pan American as well.
The heel on your boots could be a dogging heel which steer wrestlers use. The slant on the back of the heel helps with putting your heels in the dirt and holding up better. The angle lets the heel be more supported. It could also be you have a riding heel. The higher heel catches the stirrup better and the back cut is more comfortable for the horse. Either way it is a traditional cowboy boot heel.
I haven't bought a sticker yet, but I did buy 2 chances on the Road King Kong because I'm feeling lucky. And I'm proud to support the Forgotten Angels. It's the right thing to do.
They definitely still do some mail by boat, I bought some triumph t140 forks from the states to the UK and they took that long that they didn't go anywhere near a plane
I went to Sturgis and Harley was there and I got to test ride the new what should be called the dirt glide I wouldn’t want to travel on it but to me it seemed like it was just a big two stroke dirtbike I had a blast on it
Hey it was great meeting you and Marley at The Dirty Shame this past weekend. My fiancé and I had a great time and appreciated the cider recommendations . Keep up the great videos and hope you come back to Texas one of these days.
Pan America to Helen? Is there no better test to do a long term review of that RevMax 1250 in the Pan America? Up to you, but it’s the best way to find out if you’re cursed if you ask me, and it’s looking a little tropical in Florida this weekend. It’s a great excuse to leave Florida I think. Thanks for sharing.
SUGGESTION - Equine throw-over saddle bags! You can carry all your "stuff" on ANY BIKE, and take it with you over your shoulder, if you want to leave that bike in a "vulnerable" location! Try it, and never look at conventional bike luggage the same way again!
Dont forget some leather thongs to tie em down with! And a rawhide backing for the exhaust side! Bonus points if it has silver conchos roy rogers sized!
@@bygodfreeman You don't need to tie saddle bags like these down as they sit behind the riders legs, out of the wind and you sit on the leading edge of the joining straps. I used a set of heavy nylon bags for decades and still have them in the wardrobe, with my rally gear in. (stove, eating tinware, and rain gear) They are joined by 2 wide velcro straps that separate the bags into 2 large totes that can be shared by you and your pillion. Infinately adjustable and semi-shower proof!
Awesome job Shadetree. Glad you like the plaque. My pleasure to help out the Shadetreearmy. 👍🍺
The DIRT GLIDE!! 🤘
🤘
Hehe cool 🤘🏻
The MUD STUD???

Helen is cursed. She caused the fall of Troy. Best to avoid that beautiful, but accursed place jaja!
It's worth the trip- especially for Oktoberfest.
Ive been wanting to go on a road trip in my old pick up. Maybe ill give it a shot.
That jacket is awesome. And madam hexa looked beautiful in her dress
Love the paisley jacket, and Madame Hexe looked stunning. 😍
She looked hot but I'm not interested in being with a Dom.

I like that swamp wizard occasionally busts out some philosophy, the rain line was 👍
Wow Hexa cleans up well.

Happy 30th Birthday to Madame Hexe, I hope she had a Wonderful Day.
Now there's a man that's not afraid to make a fashion statement. I gotta admit that you looked COOL and with a lovely lady no less👍👍. That Pan American is freaking AWESOME. Keep on keeping on Shadetree you had me grinning and laughing.

While dropping off packages at the USPS--Good Luck Y'all. Never have truer words ever been spoken as of this past year! 😆
Happy birthday!!! Wow. Madam Hexe is a classic beauty. Looks great in that outfit. You too Shadetree!!
It rains on the just and unjust alike. Now it is raining on just us. I can relate to that.

While the pan-america might not be the bike for me it's fun to watch you enjoying it.
Great video as always
ah yes every time I see the Honda it reminds me of my wonderful stay in Bangkok Japan. where you could spend a lifetime looking at emoji blossoms and it would not be a life waisted
Shadtree at his best at the end. Just pure moto freedom vibes. The content that i thrived on when i was deployed and couldnt ride.
The Harley dirt glide, is a super good name to the Pan AM
We just moved to Tampa area, have enjoyed alot that ybor has to offer... everytime we pass something we've seen in your videos my wife will say hey shadetree filmed that 🤣

This bike is like a dads second chance at being cool. The parking lot puller, The panty puller, Dad gets strange.
Why did I read the last sentence in Mr regulars extremely low voice
One of the most entertaining videos I have seen.
Need to make “Helen or Bust” stickers! 😂
This man really just rev-bombed a vacuum cleaner, a two wheeled car 😂 I love ya Josh, you're f**king pure gold, made my morning
23:33 "I'd better park this thing before it gets me into trouble "
Then proceeds to ride up and down the kerbs and cut the corners 😂😂😂😂👍🇬🇧
This bike puts the dad jeans multistrada out of the running.

Innovation like this is the best way Harley can keep pace with the big 4. You can only add the word “glide” to so many baggers.
I'd opt for the bags on this dirt glide.
The big 4 aren’t the innovators so much these days despite still dominating racing
This is the best video of the Pan America I have seen so far . Great Job Shadtree !!!
Ariat Boots are the best. Love them.
Best ride video of the PanAm I’ve seen. Couldn’t wait to see what sick jump you were gonna take that thing off next.
“Does this bike make my ass look fast?”
Happy to hear she is getting a crash bar that saves you so much money and heart brake.
Stickers arrived in London! Thank you! One on the Wing, on on the 'Glide. Achievement unlocked.
The only packages that the usps does a slow row across the pond with is the ones that are addressed to me
A bike review that didn't mention throttle response, frame geometry, suspension travel....also the first review that makes me want that harley. Love my triumph street twin, but this looks like it could unleash a wilder ride without having to go anywhere different.
This is pretty much the same kind of riding I do on my adventure bike. It's so much fun.
Harley Pan-America = Dad Bod Rod.
That thing looks seriously fun. Definitely a bike I wouldn't feel bad about getting wet and giving hell. Ride on!
I live on Maui. USPS loses so much of my mail per year or significant delays. Never a problem with UPS or Fed Ex. One time received a label of a box and that was it with USPS.
The "new balance glide" is now the "hooligan glide"
Yaaasss! Jumping rail road tracks and curbs is where it's at!
I got to test ride the Pan America in Sturgis the other day. I really have nothing bad to say about it. I would add it to my "stable" if I could afford to!
are those gloves heavy hitters
At first I was not too psyched about the pan America on your channel. But you love it so much I'm going to allow it.
I appreciate ya 😂
I am not 100% sure if it is what I think it is, but @18:50 it sounds like MC Chris Robotussin and I appreciated it. Oh the memory's...
All the adventuring... love these multi- day videos 🤣
Devil rides a Triumph stickers are perfection! Thank you guys!
Glad you have that bike and are telling us about it. This is very cool.
My Africa Twin feels more like a dual sport as well. love ADV bikes.
I do the Grand canyon adventure type shit on my BMW GS, but I also appreciate the urban hooliganism/giant Supermoto that you do on the Pan American as well.
This video is amazing. You got me nearly crying laughing when you were all over the place on the Pan.
The internet simps for Lady Dimitrescu but shadytree army we simp for Madame Hexe.

You rock!
Thicc boy dirt monster. I love it. I really want to try one out.
They definitely still do some mail by boat, I bought some triumph t140 forks from the states to the UK and they took that long that they didn't go anywhere near a plane
This was the coolest ride you have done in a long time having fun on two wheels that's what it's all about
Wish I was 30 again....
I did just buy my mid-life crisis toy, a 2018 KLR 650 with only 5k on the dial. Now I can leave pavement when I feel like it.
Don't think you're getting that Bayou Billy music past me unnoticed.
Nuh-uh.
A real man of culture, huh?
You do you, dude.
You're pretty good.
You had me in tears of laughter with this girly boots 👢 fabulous makes any bike 25% faster 😂😂
I went to Sturgis and Harley was there and I got to test ride the new what should be called the dirt glide I wouldn’t want to travel on it but to me it seemed like it was just a big two stroke dirtbike I had a blast on it
I might try to go to Helen after the campout. We shall see but you are more than welcome to come Josh
AHHH, A little "UFO" Music on the freeway enter Ramp. Thanks a song I need to add to my bike collection.
I like the looks of the all black dirt glide
I’m hyper, so I like all this jumping around on the video!!! Urban catastrophe!!!! 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
New boots any day makes it a good day.
Turn your cowboy hat upsidedown when storing it, then no brim bending:)
Hilarious when you consider how easily this could’ve been a Honda Grom video. 😂🤣😂 ✌️
Man I love that bike. If I had 20 grand I’d buy another bike and wish I had that one too
212,000 subscribers can't be wrong, baby!
Honda, give this man a brand new Goldwing!
Hey it was great meeting you and Marley at The Dirty Shame this past weekend. My fiancé and I had a great time and appreciated the cider recommendations . Keep up the great videos and hope you come back to Texas one of these days.
Thanks for comin y’all!
I recently bought some cowboy boots to ride in and man are they perfect! I use them as daily’s also
That bike looks fun. Enjoy!!! 👍👍👍
You definitely made the Pan America look like fun. Imagine you on a KTM 1290 SAS...ha!
Your awesome bro! Bro that pan america is growing on me! Its a fricken urban assault bike!
Ariat boots/belts are the best I've got four pairs of their boots and 2 belts
Watching this as I sit by the letterbox waiting for my stickers... meanwhile, they're out hooning around with this weirdo. G'day from Australia👍
Madam Hexa's birthday party, where the guests get the spanking 🤠🤠🤠🙃👽

Gotta be working,I take Wednesdays off but have to to in place of a colleague cuz she's sick but will try to tune in on this,7:30 PM for me
Making friends and picking up endorsements - "It's the perfect bike for Assholes!" I loved the vid. Thanks man! :D

New boot goofin!! That episode is epic.
You've built a life that shitbags everywhere are envious of. AND you're selling the heck out of that HD. I want!
i have an Africa Twin an i think exactly the same just a fun hooligan bike
The Pan Am Special has tubeless tires, so nails aren't a problem either. Plug and play.
Awesome work Josh loved the Pan Am , Some great lines in this one 🤣🤣 👍🏻🇦🇺
I liked the fancy party and the riding footage.
Burt’s is currently having second thoughts about letting you have that bike… 🤣🤓🤣
21:14 is when he was enlightened by his inner “jake the garden snake” lol. Enjoy your videos. Keep up with the good work
Urban adventures are still adventures.
How is the new modified wind screen?
