What Happens If You Had Hard Time Pulling Pipes For White Tanooki Mario?

On the second year since August 9, 2022, The first Sundae Tour was released so I know it was one month late to commemorate this! But from last two years, I tried to pull pipes to get White Tanooki Mario, but to no avail. This time I got him from the shop as my second chance! If you first-timers and tier-downers or unchangers have pipe difficulties, you can do the same too!
