So proud of your Son! Go Zach!!! You’re such a wonderful Mom ! Y’all have done so very very good!!! Thank you so much for this awesome recipe!!! I got to try this ! 🎉🎉🎉👏👏👏👏👏💕💕💪🥩💪 My husband liked the small chicken pieces I made the other day breaded in eggs and pork rinds and sautéed in a pan !!
Yes! That is a version I have yet to try with the pork panko breading. That's on my to-do list for sure. Let me know if you try the nuggets how you like them.
@@MeatingWellness I tried a new flavored coating the Italian Pork Panko and egg with the small chicken pieces again lightly fried in tallow .. it tasted really good !😊 💪💕
Ranch flavor is normally super loaded with MSG, if he is trying a elimination diet such as carnivore then remove that from his diet. Also, be aware of the oils in which the pork grinds are fried. Most are fried in canola oil, i.e. killer oil.
Yay, let me know how she likes them. My kids enjoyed them so much I made a double batch and I have more chicken at the ready in the freezer. I'll probably make them again this week!
@@MeatingWellness I made a variation on yours minus the bacon and parmesan cheese, adding extra pork rinds in the outside to look like breading. Freezing them tonight so the pork rinds adhere better, then pan frying in tallow tomorrow night for dinner. Hope it goes well.
They were really good. Crispy texture on the outside despite no "breading". You KNOW I have to say Picanha or Pixel in every video, LOL. I am cooking my picanha right now...
They are pretty quick to make. When I made the double batch, my kids had dinner for a couple of days. Reheating them in the toaster oven was easy for them to do.
I made similar a couple times already but fried them in tallow but I think I would like to try baking them as the tallow splashes everywhere.I don't have airfryer but just will use oven. Also I loved your son's honesty and being vulnerable and brave. You are an awesome, supportive Mom and he is blessed to have you. I have two, amazing sons too and they are healthy, love most of my foods (thankfully) and thrived on good food, sleep, etc growing up. My one getting married this year and so glad I trained him in kitchen and he and wife will cook so well together. This mama heart.......
Let me know how they turn out in the oven. I set mine to convection bake, but I'd imagine they'd regular bake just fine and for sure be less messy! With the parchment paper underneath, there was no clean up required. Zach did a great job describing his ADHD experience, I thought. I have tried to be the mom my boys need. I hope they are successful as they transition to adulthood! Teaching him to cook has been really fun, and I've liked watching him go in the kitchen and make himself something. Wow! You have one getting married! Mother of the groom. Maybe that'll be me someday.
I finally made them tonight and it made 22 smaller ones. Delicious. I like these better as I don't have to stand at the stove since it's done in oven. Thanks again
Yes! I just filmed that recipe with the canned chicken pizza crust this morning! It was good, and spoiiler alert, my kid loved it too! I also made some garlic cloud bread to go with. Look for that video in about a week!
@@MeatingWellness oh good thank you so much for all the recipes cause my husband is liking more variety so I need new recipes to incorporate into the diet.. we get a la carte steak n shrimp scampi n scallops and salmon at Red Lobster once in a while.. I would like to learn the cloud bread recipe too and the chicken pizza crust.. I watched the carnivore lasagna recipe from Maria Emmerich… Have you tried it or made that yet?? I put that same egg n pork panko crust on tilapia and he really liked it and I usually use Redmonds seasoned salt or old bay..
so we can make our own pork rind crumbs in the food processor and add ranch seasoning that is clean, buy chicken at .87 cents a pound and grind our own chicken in the food processor and make this for a lot less, even for those that can afford it, why waste money? great recipie!
Yep! Both boys loved them and when I made a second DOUBLE batch a couple of days later, my husband sneaked a few too because they smell so great. He said they were really good specifically the texture.

Porking Good fries the pork rinds I used in their own fat. I always check that. We definitely stay away from seed oils. These also don't contain MSG.
Will be making these for sure.
They are GREAT! I made a double batch a couple days later, and even my husband said they were yummy.
Love that bowl! I love when I use my grandparents plates and bowls ❤
Yes! Makes me smile every time.
I will have to try this, thanks!
You are welcome. Let me know how you like them!
I'm going to have to make these for my granddaughter very soon! They look delicious!! 😋

This looks great! Will make these for my daughter this week. She's more interested in carnivore after learning there's ways to make chicken nuggets!
That's awesome! I hope she likes them!
