Simpson hit and run was the only game I was allowed to play for like years until I was like 8-10 it was unexpectedly dark for a Simpson game and I never finished it.....

I'm glad I'm not the only one who loves the Lego Indiana Jones game, thank you George! I had it on PS2 and I always wanted the second one, but I never got it. And speaking of great PS2 games, Ty the Tasmanian Tiger was my childhood favourite! I played it for so long, and it still holds up because they remastered it on PS4 and pc!

I also had a tree related incedent at school. My friends were, for whatever reason, kicking and hitting a tree. I was just stood there watching them, because I had nothing else to do. Then in assembly, the teachers were calling up people who they'd seen assaulting the tree to tell them off. They called up about 2 of the 4 people that did it, and then they called up ME. So moral of the story, uh, don't go near trees.
Once when I was in year 4, my class were doing this art project over a month where we drew a design on some fabric and stitch it to a pad of cotton wool then stuck a cardboard frame around it (I don't know school was weird). And on the day we got those cardboard frames we all as a collective class started holding them up to our faces as if they we we portraits then turning them on our sides like we were on tv (We were 9 that was funny to us). And our teacher must have been having a bad day or something and anyone she saw doing that, she wrote their names on the whiteboard (which meant you had to stay behind at break). The whole class were doing it but I was one of the three people she wrote down on the board for it. No one else. Now it's funny but back then I was offended by it. That teacher was also a b*tch so...
Hahaha those were the days, when you felt that the teacher was picking on you and you just thought to yourself if I was 300 years old like you I’d have you mate, then a decent game of stuck in the mud would clear your head and you’d be back to normal
I don't like how people compare COD and Battlefield even still today, they are two completely different types of shooters, COD was meant to be fast pace and something to turn your brain off too and have a bit of fun (while you throw your controller at the wall), battlefield was supposed to be about the long game and playing a bit more tactically. they are both good games with two different appeals, also my favorite year for games was 2015 personally just as a separate point.
I remember first playing Battlefield 3 and instantly being put in a squad full of 10 year olds, and they were exactly how you'd think they were. Most servers I joined were full of people crashing jets in to buildings, and people arguing over who was going to fly the helicopters and such. Still, plenty of great moments were had.
I'm a solid millenial, most of these things made me feel SUPER old, thanks George. Although, I would say, Simpsons Hit and Run was sort of a part of my later childhood, and it was amazing so you should certainly look at trying to play it.

Tree story! At 7th grade, my friend introduced me to "The money tree", and he told me we had to venerate the tree, so it can give us its money. We didn't believe in it, but we started to venerate it, just for the sake of it. After a while, I found 50 cents on the ground near the tree.

i had a similar incident in school to the tree/wall situation. the school field was opened up during the summer and there was a MASSIVE hill that we weren’t allowed to roll down but could run. so little year 3 me goes running full pelt down this hill and my foot falls in a hole, it sent me like full speed down this hill forward-rolling and a dinner lady at the bottom of the hill saw me rolling down and banned me from the field for a week. was fuming.

And I was just talking to my friends, I was eating a packet of chips and I was at the bottom of the bag so to get the rest of the crumbs that fell off I tilted my head back and came into direct eye contact with my teacher and she looked at me with the most incredibly disturbed face I'd ever seen. I was like wondering why cause all I was doing was eating some crumbs but then she was like 'what do you think your doing.' I was confused cause I hadn't done anything wrong and was only eating my lunch. Turns out had detention for something I can't remember but I know it was stupid. And ever since then I never liked that teacher ever again and was glad I was going to another school next year (I was graduating primary that year). Man worst time ever at primary school ever. Other than another time but thats a bit too long of a story so I won't bore you any longer :))

I still use it to record because my cpu cant handle running games and recording at the same time and my gpu isnt fast enough to do it with shadowplay either. You can encode the videos with another tool afterward.

I've had a similar thing happen to me when i was younger, but we had a whole row of like concrete columns. i've never been sent to sit there because i was a really good kid. But one day i saw my friends just kicking each other ( for shits and giggles i guess ) and i was literally standing 5 feet from them, this one horrible teacher comes up to me and tells me to basically fuck off. And i also remember the teachers kid ( Probably 5-6 at the time ) walking up to me and sitting with me lol.
