go out and ask them if theyre allowed to walk on streets with no supervision, check the papers, do some basic interview, find out what they would prefer to eat for dinner, ask them if theyre informed of health and safety of pedestrian traffic in area where glass can be scattered on pavements... by seing their reactions and hear their answers it will give you basic clue who had been in touch with isis and who hadn't. that will be a good step 1 for further researches leading you to officers and hq of that organisation. don't forget to act in assistance of mental support units as some of them might have problems with sleeping etc...
