It’s awesome that you’ve learned how to make everything you need! But then...you’ve been doing that since you were 6 years old! Glad to see you’re wearing protective gear from the sparks.

Interesting how you can make all the parts you need. Enjoyed the video, as usual.

Maybe so. I thought I was also strengthening the whole upper part of the bucket. Thanks for watching!

That stack of plates would be ieasier to drill if you tack weld them together and then do the drilling on the drill press. for the pilot hole as well as the big beast

30 years as a metal worker here and you scared me with that grinder use without a guard on it I’ve seen some bad accidents with people who use grinders incorrectly, always use a grinder so the spark come towards you from the cutting point never have the tail sparks going away from you , the mistake people make is just that and if the blade grabs it kicks back which is when the blades will explode also if something* happens it will run away from operator not back towards the operator , I know this video is a bi5 9ld I hope you’ve still got all your limbs attached , interesting video of diy project though

You ain't lying! But... the dang shield is ALWAYS in my way in everything I cut!! Using the shield would be safer. Mom used to say, "do as I say, not as I do!" Guys keep your shields in place!!
