That holster looks really good. Love these videos and seeing the different tips and hacks, and the attention to detail. I'm a satisfied customer, would highly recommend.
Man I appreciate this video! The only thing I couldn’t figure out yet was how to fold it and keep the fabric from lifting off or forcing the sight channel to take a triangle shape. Thanks again!
Hey I have a question. I know you said to use cordura but could you use cotton cloth? I would love to have a holster with my clan tartan on it. but I doubt that you can use Scottish wool. Also what would you charge for a left handed S&W shield 9mm and the .380 bodyguard with the laser sight? Thank youj for a very interesting video
I make mine wtih a coton camo fabric, waterproofed with odicoat before gluing with contact glue on to the PVC (kydex) sheet. I glue the fabric after the thermoforming, and before riveting.
the adhesive is excellent if you are starting with a flat sheet and you are forming the holster. Glue works great for any already-formed holster. The glue doesn't hold up to the forming under the higher heat (385*)
Sir, I just found your channel. Would you be interested in doing a memorial type sheath. I want one made for the memory of my son US Air Force. If not could you please advise. Thank you and take care
Dude you need to hit it with compressed air after forming Lol 😂 vacuum forming a wrapped holster is a bad idea anyway. You run into several problems you wouldn’t have performing. Whatever works tho 👍

even heat but fairly large so it has more room to bend. using a dowl does help to keep shape.
Yeah man consistent heat and I use sharp corner or square dowel.
Good job Ben
Thank you for the videos. Super solid work.
very interested in the sublimation video I saw the printer in the background and was wondering how that worked.
soon, we thought we had it super dialed in messed with some new paper and improved even more. so video had to be reshot.
Waiting for that sublimation video… great work btw
Good job! Enjoyed your video. Did you get the sublimation video up yet?
Not yet, I am working on some new paper ink combo that will be better than I was working with and I need it 100% so I can share the updates

Sweet Dixon !!!
What is that strip heater exactly
Looking for something like that
Impressive…new sub…thanks
How do you like the adhesive backed fabric compared to the glue method used in your other video?
the adhesive is excellent if you are starting with a flat sheet and you are forming the holster. Glue works great for any already-formed holster. The glue doesn't hold up to the forming under the higher heat (385*)
If people want to purchase one Havok holsters is supported by sezzle and allows you to pay in 4 payments..!

Are your holsters still fabric overlays or printed?
Do you make/offer holsters for the shield m&p with streamlight TRL-6?
Not yet, but we will be adding that light firearm combo to our next offering.
what are U using to form kydex? I mean that grey plate of silikon/rubber?
It's a clear silicone I got from another Kydex bender. He doesn't have a site just have to buy direct from him,
I just realized your riveting yours together…… why!???
Did you stop offering overlays and 2nd colors for inside of holsters?

Now I know why it takes so long to receive one of your holsters. One employee. Not very good. 😮
Our turnaround right now is 14 days. And we have 3 employees…. This video is also really old
