Hi there, Thank you for your question. To streamline the process, we've provided a summary at the end of the video. Discrete automation focuses on controlling specific elements through start and stop modifications, without impacting the broader automation process, which we refer to as continuous control. We wish you a productive learning experience with RealPars!
there is an error in this video, how come we need 10K stainless steel, on Monday 6500 cases, and Tuesday should be 3500 cases but not 1500 as you mentioned.
Yes, it is a little confusing. The plant can produce 1,000 cases per hour and should have made 8,000 on Monday, but only produced 6,500. So it had to make up the shortfall of 1,500 cases (to meet the 8,000 it needed to make on Monday) on Tuesday instead. So 6,500 + 1,500 = 8,000 of Monday's quota.
The videos are quality graphics backed by a very strong explanation of the concepts.
Thanks for your support, Mohit!

The graphics used in videos are good. Now my question is, how to differentiate between continuous control and discrete control?

Loving the video but my head just can't add 6500 to 1500 and get 10,000 :)
