Hemming Chiffon On a Wedding Dress

A fairly easy method to hem chiffon or sheer on a wedding dress; compares well with the original commercially made hem.
It works well on the straight of grain, and the bias and curves, and over seams.
This method does not use a roll hemming foot.
It can be used for other lightweight fabrics.
