    They were super soft, literally no wrist support and one more thing, there is an extra grip bar at the tip of my fingers, and I don’t like it. Maybe it sounds foolish but my Rival RS 100 is much more comfortable and feels better quality with much better wrist support

    If I’m new to boxing and will be training and learning a lot first before I start sparring or doing competition do you recommend the winning’s or something like a hayabusa t3 for the wrist support and extra padding because I’m looking to do lots of training with a coach before I step into the ring

    Wanted a quality pair of all white gloves, so I bought the Winning 16 oz and I'm not impressed with the knuckle cushion everyone raved about. Does not feel like pillows, in fact it's pretty thin compared to almost every other glove I have. Extremely disappointed with that. The thumb hole is perfect though and prevents any sliding around. Not worth the money in my opinion. Currently using the Title Ko-Vert boxing glove

    Hello. When looking on the Kozuji website it doesn't distinguish between which Winning are bag gloves and which are sparring gloves. Are 8 Oz -12 Oz just meant for bags and 14 Oz and up sparring gloves ? I've never owned a pair so I don't know about the different MS versions.

    • @csquaredboxing
      @csquaredboxing  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      8-10 ounce fight gloves are meant for sanctioned fights BUT could be used for mitts/ bag work. Sparring is typically 14-16 ounce depending on boxers weight class.

    I think when I do finally get myself a pair of winnings I'll spring for the customs so I can have the wider cuff. Tried a friends MS-500's and it was just a bit too thin for my tastes. The padless palm also feels very odd to me but when I finally get a pair I'm sure I'll get used to it. But if I'm gonna spend this much I save the extra and spring or some custom colors and that wider cuff.

    Hey Carlo, I know this is an older review but I've decide to pull the trigger on Winning Gloves since I'm an older guy and can use the extra protection. I'm going back and forth between 14oz and 16oz. Is there a noticeable size difference between the two? I like the idea of the extra protection 16oz provides but i also like the idea of a smaller 14oz glove size. If the protection is about the same I'll go with 14oz. Thanks.

    guys never forget that the best amateur boxers in the world are cubans and they have nothing they have no expensive gear they use old beatup gloves they hit tires because they don’t have punching bags and they just work with what they have but use there techniques to be great boxers who move and hit beautifully just never forget it isn’t all about spending a fortune on some expensive gloves headgear it’s mainly about training very hard and getting better

    • @csquaredboxing
      @csquaredboxing  5 ปีที่แล้ว +8

      That could be said for any boxer of any background. Gloves are just that...gloves. They don't do anything unless worn by an individual who knows how to use them. Of course there are cheap gloves and expensive gloves, its all up to you and your budget. Just like a $20 pair of jeans or a $200 pair of jeans, they both achieve the same thing, they cover your legs. It's all subjective.

      All these guys made good recommendations, I'd say Rival Guerrero, Sabas PRo Series, or Top Boxer custom, I also prefer 16 Ounces, you can use it with more versatility.

      @@csquaredboxing I'm looking for gloves with great feedback/punchers gloves. Would you still recommend the same 3?
