I think you're referring to the WMD Fracture, the top right silver module which is playing throughout. It's possible you mean the WMD Chimera next to it but that only comes in at ~50 seconds and is less forward.

Not a whole lot to be honest. The B output is just providing a static chord for the MA-35 filter to chew on and feed into the delay.
