Does SW take into account the thickness of the sheet metal when punching through? Does it take into account the plasticity of the sheet metal? Or can it just stretch indefinitely?

there is the only one condition. Minimal radius of a curved edge of the tool has to be higher value than thickness of the metal sheet.
