Very nice and thank you! I am a student in energy and i like simulation software like Ansys. Your channel is my first favorite! I can't thank you must .
Thanks a lot for your kind compliment. I am glad you find it helpful. More wonderful videos will come up in the future on my channel. Keep sharing and supporting.
CFD BABA..u r doing nice job..most of the students don't know which model to choose also they skip some of the boundary condition..I encourage you to make such more videos

Hello. I am glad you liked my video. You can write me a mail at cfdbaba@gmail.com to get the cad model for this simulation. Keep sharing and supporting.
I m performing a similar simulation, but with two fluids, in two pipes (oil at high temperature and water at low temperature), I want to see the temperature raise in water due to heat transfer from fins.. but unfortunately the water temperature is not raising! Can u help!
I have a question. IS it right that you didn't select pipe's material? If it is right, could you tell me the reason why you didn't choice pipe's material?
I have a problem. I cannot identify the pipes by themselves to hide them, as they are linked to the panels, and this prevents me from naming the panels.
hiiiiiii Actually im using students licence version of ansys im facing an issue when i try to do setup it says student licence have no access further for like more than 10...........9 cells Its keep saying that idk what to do kindly help me

What a vidoe
How did you get that outline view? I've got some trouble when I want to do set up so i dont get it show on my pc
Very good job, it is a great support, could you please share the geometry with me to show it at the university. Thank you very much
Nice video friend. Can you give explain videos of cfd journals for research purpose..?

How did u selected all files in workbench to creat a single part pls help
Which keyboard shortcut
I used ctrl + A to select all. Or you can keep ctrl button pressed and select all files by clicking on them.

Is there any chance to mix this simulation with simulation of condensation of water on the surface of pipes?
Sir after edit mesh how the cad model appear do you skip at start of mesh
are we using a mixture of air and water in the fluid??
I have a question. IS it right that you didn't select pipe's material? If it is right, could you tell me the reason why you didn't choice pipe's material?
Pardon me. I want to park here
Pipe is not even modelled as solid. What you see here is fluid domain shape corresponding to Pipe internal diameter.
How we decided the convection heat transfer coefficient?
Please could you provide CAD model download link
Hi, u can mail me at cfdbaba@gmail.com
From where did you get the heat transfer coefficient values ?
Hello. Well, I have assumed the value in this simulation just for demonstration purposes.
Can we use solidworks for the geometry ? And import it to designer modler
you can. just save cad in the step format
Yes. You can export the CAD from solidworks in .stp or .iges format.
How to use this simulation in student version, it says too many cells for simulation...??
You can reduce the complexity of geometry. Reduce the length or number of turns of pipe in the heat exchanger.
Sir canyou explain it how in detail it will help full
Could you please provide us with the design geometry
really liked your work
please provide the cad model I have just mailed you
I am glad you found it helpful.

Yes, sure. Mail me at cfdbaba@gmail.com
why you have kept gravity as -9.81?
Because gravity force is acting in negative direction. I hope this helps.
how do we calculate heat rejected??

Hi
Unfortunately this mesh is useless in this form.
You should have used inflation layers. So it will not be very realistic
Sir i have mailed you for the cad model ,if you can respond to it ,i will be thankful to you
Oh sh*t
Why do you ignore the thermal radiation model in your task???
