Yes it is needed but how would you ensure that reforming process is completely independent and not any direct or indirect involvement of ruling party? If ruling party involves then how it will be not biased ? Kahne ke liye to ED ,CBI bhi independent body hai but wo bhi ruling party se influenced hai if not then say an example

What else can Sibal say as Opposition party member? But let him explain why he couldn't get Hemant Soren Bail from SC despite plea , even though he established point by point parity with Kejriwal case? In Kejriwal case SC on its own suggested and later granted Interim Bail for election campaign for first time. Do you still think Kejriwal is not special for SC? Judgment in "illegal arrest" case is reserved and SC has already indicated , in PMLA cases ED cannot unless "proof" is produced So, order will be anybody's guess. Sibal should learn tricks of the trade from Singhvi.

SC has stipulated conditions unfavorable to ED/CBI but favorable to offenders under PMLA, in money laundering cases. Should money launderers need 100% protection? Money ultimately is used for drugs and terrorism. Should SC, first hear and pass judgments in long pending cases, cases of senior citizens, pensioners, tribals as requested by the Honorable President to CJI, cases of poorest citizens, or priority is PMLA safeguards? How is a PMLA offender superior to pensioners tribals or aged litigants to get priority over them

Why should people not make any adverse statement against a judgement made from the SC. The SC and especially the CJI is against the government because he was not included in the ECI selection process. The public has the freedom to think what they understand of an incident. This is a democratic right. It's lawyers like you and singhvi who play in politics and have given politics a dirty name.
