    absolutely loved every minute of this.Thanks for you time and effort in making these videos.My teacher isnt very good at teaching so as a result the whole class was failing i managed to bump my E to a B in about two months with JUST using your videos.they are truly life changing.this has given me enough confidence to apply for biomed at uni.thank you and keep making videos ;-)

    Just wanted to say thank you for your videos! I have F214 next week, but I've fallen really ill this week and revising has been really tough. Being able to get the info in a more comprehensive and detailed way has been SO helpful. All your videos are great :3 thank you so much ^-^

    Wow! You must be very very clever to do this without being taught it yet! We have covered communication, nerves, hormones (pancreas and diabetes) and now doing the kidney - its all so much harder at A2 !

    it is a lot harder and wow, you have got far, I've taught myself the whole first module, not started the kidney yet

    Hi, i found using your F212 videos really helpful for revising for my exam, and even downloaded them onto my phone to listen to them while driving or biking, and actually managed to get an A so first of all THANKYOU!
    But have been having alot of trouble getting my head round the two stages of photosynthesis, particularly the light dependent stage and was wondering if you could do a tutorial on that so i can get it as i go through the year rather than just when im revising!
    thanks again! xx

    Can't reply directly for some reason but @Denzel all videos have been done. Bar F214 on homeostasis (temperature control which I ran out of time to do) all videos in all of Biology A level are here.

    your videos are okay however i wish you could be interactive. it would be so much more useful. eg using mouse to point at diagrams and draw same time as explaining something. basically like KHAN ACADEMY

    • @MrBioTom1
      @MrBioTom1  9 ปีที่แล้ว +13

      i wish i had the software and hardware to do that...sadly with the equipment i had this is the best i could do. To be fair...if you want a video like the khan academy then they are probably the best to watch :)

      +Denzel Yaw Assan Baah He's gone through them all, like 98% of the specification. Go onto his channel and look for the F214 and F215 playlists.

    At 2.00 I'm quite confused. In the OCR textbook the Dendrites is after the axon and cell body and not next to the dendron. It is also in the CNS but you've places it next to receptor cells.

    • @MrBioTom1
      @MrBioTom1  11 ปีที่แล้ว

      I think you might be looking at a motor neurone in the text book, not a sensory :)

    In a myelinated neurone are there several Schwann cells wrapped around the axon or is there just one?
