      Because adding water will dilute the hypo even more, there is no need to work the hypo in unless you have heavy black spotting, then a bit of a scrub with a broom can help or if need be a second treatment with a stronger mix, hypo has a short half life, once on the ground it's not doing anything after 20 mins maybe 40mins at the most but after 20 mins it's lost most of its strength.

    Every job is different, with its own issues. I quote each job individually. You have to cover yourself. How often do you get the old, "Oh while your here, can you just give this a quick flick over"? Sure, it might only take you 30 seconds to do, but you've done something extra, for no reward. Try doing that at KFC, when you see them bagging up your order,....."Ah, While your there, can you add 6 nuggets"? See what happens then......they stop doing your order, & come back to the til. "That'll be another x amount of $$". Try saying, "Aww, I just thought while you were there, kinda thing".... Yeah right. You have your experience, & machinery to do the job, not to mention, all the associated costs, of just being in business for yourself. Never sell yourself short. Mild rant over.

    • @aemackintosh
      @aemackintosh  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@aemackintosh oh so I get the point way too confusing looks like your going to tell people your minimum charge. I just don't get why you would make a video saying your doing this is for your minimum charge. Every one knows or should know to charge a customer something or you wouldn't be in business anyways I watched the entire video left a little confused with that but otherwise good video 👍 everyone enjoys a good pressure washing vid 🙂 or should do haha

      We believe for this kind of job you have a £200-£350 minimum considering the chemical surface area size and wall cleaning services.

      Also considering its close to home, it’s in Northampton, and the many other factors, I.e it’s half a days work. I guess there’s just some things your not willing to help others with.
