Hello. I have 2 dc-800 . One of them is vacuuming good on one side and air in the other side . I change the lid gasket but still doing the same think.
Second one is giving m a code : u 2 I got no vacuum pls can you help

We have the problem of our double chamber vacuum machine. After the vacuum process the did not automatically release the air. If we switch off the emergency switch after the vacuum process before the release the air. The proper process after the vacuum process and sealing process automatic the release the air. But in our problem the did not automatically release the air after the vacuum process and sealing process.

@@ianjoecomparativo4603 If it's not releasing the air then you may have a faulty vent valve. This is the valve that opens up at the completion of the cycle to allow air to flow back into the chamber. Another possibility is that your control board is faulty and has a bad output. I'm assuming you have a DZ600 machine, if this is the case then you'll likely have a difficult time sourcing parts for it. However, if you can obtain parts then I would order a replacement vent valve to start with.

what if everytime I try to package the packaging nylon bursts what could be the problem

If the vacuum pouch is bursting everytime then something is pinching off the opening of the bag. If you let us know the machine make and model then we can point you in the right direction.
