I find when sealing raw meat, you need to vacuum longer. You remove the air from the bag, but the meat itself still has air in it. This is what makes it seem like the bag lost its seal. Most solid items get 20 seconds vacuum. Raw meat get from 30 seconds to a minute before sealing.

Does this remove all the air? At 5:23-5:26 it looks like the rear pouch has a big air bubble in it.
Where did you get those bags that when you’re done ceiling you tear the tail off where did you buy them
after sealing, the packaging tends to be almost in a molten state due to heat

You are touching the meat and bags with same glove so not contamination free
