    Something I love about you is that you romanticize and find beauty and joy in the small and mundane moments of life 🥹 The content you put out there has a meaning and a purpose. I thank God for YOU, the motivation, & encouragement you bring to my life everyday 🦋💕

    Girl, you must have a super-fast metabolism! 900 calories in dinner alone (although it looks delicious!) Wish I could eat like that.

    I didn't know the combination of banana and peanut butter, but I tried it recently and it was really good😋
    I think peanut butter would go very well with banana bread🤤

      Where are you from? This is a very common combination in the U.S. where I'm from. It's cool to see what's popular in other places. We also eat peanut butter and jam together

    • @LiinaWarnken
      @LiinaWarnken 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hey, a healthy lifestyle does not mean that you can’t go to clubs or parties, but I understand your struggle. Maybe you could try to just drink 1 to 2 times per week and don’t get drunk but just have 1-2 drinks. Also you can have alcohol free cocktails or pure orange juice instead of wodka- orange. This way you can still enjoy time out with your friends but aren’t hangover the next day. Plan ahead and have your restdays after the night out. I do it that way and have a good balance between party and healthy nutrition. Also a good nourishing meal with some good carbs like potatoes or rice or oats are good before alcohol since you don’t get drunk that fast. 😊🥂

    Thanks to nutrition facts and how not to age, I'm aware that unless you restrict your protein intake you'll age about twice as fast.
    Maybe post recipes that restrict protein?

      Please don't follow diet culture fads. One day, fats are bad, the next it's carbs, then it's protein. One influencer says that gluten is bad, then someone tells you that you shouldn't eat plants... It's very restrictive and generally just a scheme for people to make money, because they can sell themselves as the "experts" who allegedly are the only ones who have access to this "revolutionary" knowledge. Just follow a varied balanced diet, and you'll be fine.

    I know ur a nutritionist but I don’t get how ur raving how chia seeds are so nutritious when it’s full of oxalates which are anti nutrients and don’t let u absorbs whatever minerals they have, ur breakfast alone has sooooo much oxalates from the chia seeds, cacao, tofu, soy milk, kiwi & raspberries and this just ur breakfast maybe that’s why ur having knee problems just do some research plz

      The Mayo Clinic says this about Chia seeds.
      "Chia is rich in lignans and omega-3 fatty acids for cardiovascular health. These seeds also contain magnesium, an important mineral for brain, digestive tract and heart health.
      Add chia to cereal, yogurt, salads and smoothies, or use it make puddings for a nutrient-dense snack."
