Hey! I hope you find this helpful. This way, you don't need to worry about the car chase. Just run to his car and destroy it. Of course you can kill him, while you running behind him, but the enemies is around you. Therefore, I prefer to run to his car before he does. He can't go nowhere when his car is destroyed.
