Awesome information! I am trying to get through the whole video. Do me a favor next time and get a really nice condenser microphone with the associated high quality connections for your next video. The clicking is driving me mad and is taking away from the the presentation.

Eide, what are some of the challenges you have faced with deployment of NetSuite from Development to Production. In a Production ERP environment, would you recommend changing the setups frequently to add/delete features, KPI's etc.. just as your demonstration of the flexibility of NetSuite. How easy is it to manage reporting structure changes related to growth or consolidation? What is the effort?

Thank you for your questions. We’d be happy to talk with you individually regarding our implementation methodology and how to mitigate the risk and challenges in a NetSuite implementation. We do not recommend changing setups frequently or without consultation with a NetSuite consultant because it can have a significant impact on the user experience as well as features and functionality. As with any tier 2 ERP solution, major configuration changes should tested prior to deployment to prevent disruption of existing business processes. Changing a reporting hierarchy or structure with history in place is always a bit challenging although NetSuite has some tools to assist with this. If your question is in reference to scalability or growth due to acquisition, those changes are easier to make due to the NetSuite architecture, which is designed for growing companies. I hope this helps and I encourage you to visit our website or reach out to us directly to discuss these issue in more detail.

not happy with your company, you guys sold us a subpar product,
we at Detroit axle are very unhappy with how you treated us, putting us on a shared server, and not informing us you did so, and would not tell us when we asked, till we cornered you with our evidence.
you brought our company to its knees, we ship out over 1,400 packages per day, we almost got kicked out of Amazon, because, we could not work out all your bugs. our lag time on our scan guns, was as high as 50 seconds, per scan, and all you did was blame Ozlink , and our other Vendors, till 3 months of us data gathering, till you were forced to confess . SHAME SHAME
