SO the administrator of the software is the one who grant permission and access to certain information that is relevant to one employee. Are there any other tutorials on how to start with the "basics" on this computer program? Or are there in the market training and hand on where to get in touch with the software and how it works.

I have a question I am in despair over. If you have an answer I would be very grateful. I’m a little frustrated. It would mean the world if I could find out if I could set an inventory re-order level and Net Suite would place the order sending and email to my supplier including a PO.

I'm one of those people who worked in music and entertainment and we don't like things that don't grab our attention in 30 secs or then 2 mins. For example, show me the charts and reports exporting to excel spreadsheet to print , show me my reminders, show me messages, show me the layout in 30secs to 2mins. I will watch this video but you lost me.

I agree. My company has been using it for two months now. We just buy and sell goods. Nothing complex. Product seems very underdeveloped. Seems that many different groups have done development and there are lots of inconsistencies in user interface. Product is challenged/cant do show profit margin w/in order entry. Huge tax rate challenges. Huge check creation challenges. All screens have at least 75% stuff you don't need. UPS integration challenges. This product has been around for decades. I am baffled by the whole thing. Screens use terminology that I have never seen used in over 40 years of doing business. If you are considering Netsuite, make sure at least your sales and logistics people have a strong voice in the decision. Too often the sale pitch is targeted to accounting.
