Hi good evening! First of all, thank you so much for providing aspiring dispatchers with these amazing resources! I have my Criticall test coming up in a few days and I was quite curious about something. On the Call Summarization module of the test, will I be graded on the notes that I take from the simulated call as well as the multiple choice questions that follow the recording? Or will I only be graded for answering the multiple choice questions? Thank you! 🙏 UPDATE: I PASSED!!!!!!!! 🎉 Thank you again for your resources and help!
In my experience no. Not on the specific city. Generally that’s something you just have to learn as you do the job once your in it though knowledge of the area of course helps during training.
A lot of people seem to get confused. The audio answers are provided at the end. The written prompts throughout are for the dispatch portion. It helps to listen to the directions again cause it can be confusing to be focusing on two things at once.
@@TheRaspyDispatcher I am going to listen to the audio and practice typing the important info. Like you've mentioned before, it's important to weed out extra info and I realize by this audio that it can be very difficult because so much seems important! @@TheRaspyDispatcher Hi miss Ashley , im having the same issue im very confused, so the audio you are giving doe snot match what's on the screen. when using the multi tasking work sheet I am writing based on the audio. I thought I was going crazy .what am I missing? do I use the audio and document the audio in the scenario portion ? yet while im watching , I im using the info I see, and documenting that in the services section , as to whom should I dispatch to ?? based on what I am reading ? is that correct ?? BTW I have a test coming up soon and your material has really boosted my confidence on passing this the first time .
@@jellzjellz Hi. The written prompts are partnered with the who to dispatch question on the screen. As you listen to the audio, a question about it will follow. So two things are happening at once. Hope that helps! we are working on making new and updated videos for this section.
