The ZL1 is a single pump design. We can install an upgraded pump that can supply 20% more flowrate than the stock pump. Effectively, this makes the module have the same output as a CTS-V2 with stock pumps. When combined with a voltage booster at 16v, it's a 70% increase over the stock pump at battery voltage. @@LukeWaters Yes. Expect to spend about $1500 for the module + pumps. The OEM FSCM likely will not be able to handle both pumps. We have a controller that can cure that problem.
We can replace the outlet with an AN6 bulkhead but it requires sending the fuel module to us for machining. The really nice solution is to use an ALM Performance all aluminum hat. Check them out on Facebook.

Hello, will you be attending SEMA this year 2022, actually this week?
Do you do the pump swap as a service? And do you recommend aem or dw?
We can swap pumps and offer aftermarket replacements. Both brands have performed well.
Any idea if the fuel pump in a 2014 Caprice PPV come apart like this and the pumps can be upgraded in same method? It uses a ZL1 Pump.

@@carlcasanova6976 doesnt the ctsv2 module fit in the zl1 fuel tank? If so, Could I get a tsv2 fuel pump module and upgrade the pumps and use that?
