you dont have to press a button to open the door, you can just pull on the door as there is a handle there in front of the window switches

Im buying this TOMMOROW, Germans can have a nice day... This is the BEST BEST vehicle in this segment from Price, Look, Interior, Tech, Power... Nothing in this segment worse at that price point comes closer to Omoda C9

What I know is the this Omoda C9 is VERYYYYYYYYY awesome and even its Power... Really really goooooos power delivery.
There's no car that is perfect 100%... Go to your Mercs, BMWs, Audi's top models too all have their own issues, so of one will buy car a based on 100% perfection then you will buy no car at all.
Omoda and Chinese cars have proved to be VERYYYYYYYYY good in everyway!!! Im soooooo sooooo buying this C9😊

the key is most likely to be a keycover that is not standard when you buy the car. The its a traditional glossy black key and you wont get a key ring. Keyless go is pretty much standard across the Chery group. Your fuel economy statements cant be justified by going around the block 3 times at low speed. you will need to do a proper fuel economy route drive of atleast 60kms to gauge it properly. and make sure that you do a proper legroom comparison and infotainment review which you never touched on.

Legroom and infotainment was done but unfortunately our editor had forgotten to incorporate it... The fuel economy wasn't measured on our drive alone this car is a sales persons daily and weekend car and he informed us of it

This isn't a DCT or CVT its an 8 speed torque converter. This car has 400nm of torque, its not short in any way or form for torque. The issue is throttle mapping.
Also please do your research, the rivals you are speaking about have the same or less amount of torque.
I know you weren't able to spend enough time with the car but prepare before hand so you actually give out correct information in your review

Thank you for your support and for your information the dct was a mistake on our side thank you for picking that up we had planned and found it wasn't dct but completely forgot that when filming

Thank you for the positive criticism... And yes you're correct the day was muddled up due to rain and cars having to be branded and equipment faults 😂🙏🏻

And yes you are correct the torque is industry leading especially in price with the only cars with more torque being diesels in the segmant and the same as the Volvo Xc60 t6

@@tvec_carthey definitely will improve, at least you guys are comparing it to its true competitors which are the luxury high end cars. Not the Tiguan, Sportage and such

You can't speak about fuel consumption when you've literally driven the car around a block 3 or 4 times.

    • @tvec_car
      @tvec_car  3 วันที่ผ่านมา

We mentioned fuel economy due to the fact that the car is a sales persons car for the past 2 weeks he used daily and on weekends and informed us of the general economy... Yes that's not 100% accurate due to different driving styles but yes that's what we were informed

@@tvec_carcool, I've lived with this car for a month. Real life average is 9.4l per 100km, but its easy to get carried away because the car is quite comfortable and you don't feel the speed. Highest long term ive gotten is 9.9l per 100km

We've also been told by an owner of a tiguan how uncomfortable the seats are and how the omoda or audi or Volvo all outshine it, so we love to hear back from those who actually have the vehicles

Also sometimes figures are exaggerated when told to us that just may be the case here 🙏🏻
