CoachCat is all about emojis 💪🐆🚀 We also have run analysis, Apple Watch activity data, a Zwift integration and a web version coming soon to name a few 💥 thanks for the review!
unfortunately many bugs: for i.e.: chat is not working (cant move workouts) and no manual possibility to do so. He advised to reach out to support and support mentioned to use CoachCat. Also if you want to setup a new plan, you will ask to enter a Event date (even if you will still prepare for next season and also not asked the details of the event) and after enter a date there is no entry in the calendar! If you setup the training plan for some reasons, the AI is not able to recognize that you have been training for 2 weeks according to a previous plan, for example, and starts again from the beginning. In other words, you repeat everything you have already trained for the previous 2 weeks. Of course asking CoachCat to reset start date will run into "not possible". Furthermore, you can choose at the beginning if CC should include weight training but never asked for if you train at home or able to use a Gym, what ends up, that in November there are suddenly 4 times a week of strength training and the instructions assume that you can go to the gym. And so on. really promising app but still a lot to correct
I’m glad someone did a video on this. As an avid Trainerroad user, this is the first app outside of that which interests me. I like how it incorporates HRV data which TR has yet to implement. TR’s red light green light feature is cool, but only takes in account your TR workouts.
They pull workouts from Garmin, Zwift, TR, Wahoo and others. So if you use a Garmin to record workouts, once the workout is uploaded to Garmin, FastCat app will pull it into their app.
I was in FIBO (biggest Fitness Industry Treadshow in the world) last week , and we will see many Coache's AI app in the near future. The one is missing is the one who's going to connect all the dots, between your active life and the rest of it... Maybe this is the future of Apple Health (if they include IA on it). Let's see.
Well interesting to say the least, especially the diet part of it, my weakest aspect of everything. So the algorithm brought me to your channel again, so you got another sub. Ps the KOM Rocker is well, weird, but I’ll get it figured out.
did you even try? I would be genuinely interested in where we fell short because our athletes say its like having a professional coach in their pocket with instant feedback and answers

I do like the feedback I get every morning. It’s pretty cool to see how it interprets the data and its recommendations of how to tackle the day.
One thing I’m still confused on, Where does Fascat send the workouts? TrainingPeaks or do you connect the app to your smart trainer through the app?

@@jeffcoles3642 to your Wahoo, Garmin or Hammerhead bike computer and very soon Zwift

Right… that’s going to be key for this to work.
we've connected your wearable data to a Coach who can give you daily custom workout recommendations based on your training to recovery balance 💥

Haha… thanks for subscribing 🙏🏼
The Rocker can field weird at first. Give it time 👍
Enjoy!
Alright, I can't help but notice the new smart ring. Which one are you using and when are we going to get the review? Thanks!
👀… that’s the Ultrahuman smart ring. Just got it so need to put it through its paces. Hope to get a review on it soon.
its a matter of time!
Where is the AI? Just a bad algo using HVR and sleepdata 🤣
This software is absolute Shit!
clearly you did not synch your ride data to get your instant analysis from CoachCat
Not impressed. Better to see how the recommendations compare to an actual trainer. Otherwise, waste of time.
