Coconut Cake Full Recipe | Mere Bachpan Ka Favourite Cake | Milkyz Food.

Ingredients
Sugar 250 gm
Shortening 250 gm
Eggs 6 Pieces
All-Purpose Flour 230 gm
Coconut 20 gm
Baking Powder 5 gm
Vanilla Essence few Drops
Pink Color as Required
Method
Beat sugar and Shortening in a bowl till it change to creamy.
Then add eggs in it and again beat till sugar gets dissolved.
Now add Vanilla essence and mix it.
Then add all-purpose flour, baking powder, coconut, and Pink color in it.
Add this mixture into 9x9 inch square mold and bake at 160°C
for 30 minutes.
