Recipe
Mango Mousse Cake
Ingredients
Mango Puree 250 gm
Fresh Milk 500 gm
Sugar 100 gm
Gelatin Powder 10 gm
Whippy Whip Whipping Cream 300 gm
For Topping
Mango Puree 200 gm
Gelatine Powder 2 gm
Method
Take milk in a pan and add sugar in it. As milk gets warm, take it off of the stove. Add mango puree and gelatine in it. Now let this mixture cool. Beat Whippy Whip Whipping Cream well and add prepared mixture in it. Now cut layers of the sponge. Put one layer on the cake board and adjust mousse Mold on it. Pour prepared mixture on it and freeze it. As it gets chilled, put second layer of the sponge and do topping of Whippy Whip Whipping Cream. Then add gelatin in mango puree and do topping with it as well. Now put it into freezer for 3 hours. Take out from the freezer, do topping as you like. Mango Mousse cake is ready.
