Icing Pastry
Ingredients
For Pastry
Butter 250 gm
Sugar 250 gm
Egg 05 Pieces
All-Purpose Flour 250 gm
Baking Powder 05 gm
Milk 70 gm
Vanilla Powder 2 Pinches
For Icing
Icing Sugar 250 gm
Water as per need
Color as per need
Method
For Pastry
Take a bowl and mix butter and icing sugar well in it. Then add eggs in it. Now add all-purpose flour and baking powder in it and mix well. Then add vanilla powder in it. At the end add milk in it and bake at 170° for 35 minutes. After 35 minutes take out pastry from the oven and layer it with buttercream.
For Icing
Take icing sugar in a pan, add water in it and warm it on stove. Continue to mix the mixture. Now add pink color in it and do topping of the pastry with it.
