Nicemodz dude, I just ordered the kit version of this yesterday, I've got a few plans in my head already for 3D printed upgrades, track mods look like they're a must, also personally I don't like the body style so I'm thinking a cab-over truck type design with a flatbed and possibly a forward-mounted battery Bay to keep the front end down. I also ordered two Turnigy 20 amp ESC for my kit build and you know I'm going with that FlySky receiver.
That is going to be sweet im sure you will make it awesome its really fun to drive really rips around thanks for watching brother 💯😀

@@perspectivemeditation7648 easy peezy my guy I direct soldered my 1060s to the motors just make sure to turn the breaks off I have a stl for a forward battery mount and I made a 2s2p pack to hold down my front end now I took it a lol crazy I got a flight controller in there for onscreen display of my vehical angels and battery voltage a 1watt vtx a few fans to cool it all and of corse conformal coted the hole thing I might own a few of these lol nothing like sitting on the couch and driving my tanks around the nabour hood lol

Mods that nobody thinks about and I would love to do are: moving switch from bottom to top and make it look a bit nicer, preferably using waterproof switch, wiring additional battery pack to the front instead of the lead block and adding charging port somewhere on top, so no need to open and close that bottom battery lid. With additional quality battery pack on the front, you could easily get an hour of runtime, but probably would have to do custom battery cell layout to fit snuggly. Once charging port is on top of the vehicle, you can additionally waterproof battery lid. How much energy is wasted on all these LEDs in front (I have eachine version, that has LEDs on the front and top..)? I love the track mod, I'm gonna do it ASAP.
These are really fun ro modify and drive i have water proofed the whole thing and added weight also good luck on your mods and have fun

If you want to keep water out of connections, fill them with silicone dielectric grease! Been doing this for years on my snowmobiles and atv as well as RC's!

Hey, Brent - I was just wondering whatever happened to your Ripsaw. I took mine out the other day, and had such fun with it that I wondered whether you ever still drive yours.
I still have it just haven't had it out for awhile but you are correct they are really fun I do like it
So I removed the springs from the front and middle shocks then re installed them. Keeps More contact of the tracks to the ground. And when going over a log it gives more in the middle and settles the front down nicely. I also added weight to the front. I wondered by doing this if the tracks would come off but not at all. Any ways the track mod was cool but not sure if I'm going to do it. Lol

I didn't weight it its a chunk of lead but it had to be 90 grams or more

When you waterproof the board is that all that is needed to waterproof it completely?
Yes that should do it make sure you get the board on the on switch to so far i haven't had any problems working great mud water and now snow thank you very much for watching 💯
