What an impressive and wise young man. Solid intellectual and communication skills. In a few years, I see him as a CEO of a large company (with a little luck).
Your videos have been a vital source for me in starting my own coffee roasting company over the last year. I'm very happy for you in your current venture, and I'm really excited to see any new content regarding entrepreneurship in general. As a first time business owner I'll definitely be checking to see the new resources as you make them available. Thanks so much for sharing your journey!
I’m just glad to see an update from you. FYI you were my inspiration in starting my coffee business so this was a hard to watch. However, I felt that your focus was all the way in to your current venture. I wish you much success my man.
I started my roaster 2.5 years ago. I'm a company of 1 full time and growing. Love it. Feel like I don't really work anymore since I left the medical field in CT. I have my start area in the southern half of indiana. I am building to eventually make a nationwide non profit company once it pays off the investments. I will not get any partnerships. They don't work well.
Hey Bonde, thanks so much for your video, the explanation and I totally understand your reasoning. You were a big inspiration for me and after almost 2 years in the making, I launch my coffee roasting company on January 3rd. I will keep you updated 😊
Thanks for the video to explain. I'm not sure if many had noticed but if you paid attention to your videos and social media it was obvious your heart is in your current venture and not the coffee side.
@@bonde.johnson If you still have all the coffee equipment you can try it again another day. I just advise not to take on partners or friends for business again. This is about your empire and your success.
So I was searching "how to start coffee roasting business" and thats how I found your video. My initial impression after first couple of minutes was that you were not ready to commit yourself personally to that business. And later on you confirmed my first impression. I think that the main reason why your coffee business failed is that YOU did not go full time yourself. You were the one who started it by yourself, because of the love for coffee and you were supposed to be the one to dedicate yourself to it full time. Others would or would not eventually join but you could not have expected anybody else to commit to it when the founder, that is you, was not ready to give in full time. In the end I am glad i have found your channel as I find it useful and informative for my own business adventures that I am about to start. Keep up the good work and I wish you best of luck and success in your business!
Well done man, love your videos. It's funny, I owned a functional training studio and a cafe (both in the same place) with my brother a couple of years back, so I know what you've gone through. I'm glad your gym is doing good, getting members and retention is hard, dealing with failed payments, suspensions, etc. but recurring revenue is the best. With the cafe we only used to sell take away coffee, protein balls, protein shakes, etc. (gym themed) but cafes need food and pastry to do well. Long story short, bills, debts, taxes and most of all, the lease killed us, and covid was just the cherry on top, we ended up doing outdoor classes instead but that's that's other issue. Now the funny thing is, after all this, I've actually started a online coffee business 😱 how crazy is that? Anyway, good luck with your businesses man and thanks for the putting out your content, that's the other thing I haven't done yet, too many things in the to do list
Wow! Thanks so much for this update video-been following your channel for sometime now, but just came across this video. I had to close my online coffee company this year too😢. It was like losing a friend, but I too feel like I came out better for it, because I took the risk and learned so much from my 3 years in business. Take care and best wishes in your new ventures! I'm looking forward to my new business ventures as well😉👍
Im looking to make and sell my own coffee attached to my social media brand. How do i choose a supplier to make my first small batch recipe? Do i just buy a pound of starbucks coffe and blend it at home then repackage it and sell? what's the process?
Awesome stuff man. Been watching some of your videos.. My biggest question for you is for coffee roasting and selling what did you have to do for FDA laws? I’ve been doing research on it but can’t find anything concrete. Thanks!
Very nice. Pretty insightful look at the man who most would know as the man that Daniel Buyeske bounces off in the gym. Little hard recognising you though Bonde, the shirt was on the whole time and you actually looked to be sporting a slight tan.
Hi Natalie! It will be for purchase again soon as well as "single topic ebooks" which will be shorter in length and focus in on one topic like sales software. Thank you for the comment!

I appreciate the comment, Aaron! Glad to hear I could be of help. Good luck with everything you have in the works!
Thank you for everything Bonde! I'll cherish my last bag of Roasted forever!
Thank you for being the GOAT. There will definitely be more coffee in the future!
That doesn't sound like a failure! It sounds like wisdom. It no longer fit your lives and it sounds like you collectively learned a lot.

Always too many things! I appreciate the comment, Antonio. Best of luck with everything.
Great content, love the honesty, love the transparency, keep on keeping on.
I'm going to look up Gem Coffee Roasters next time I travel thru Palatka on my way to Salt Springs!
You definitely should! They are great people with a great product.

Hey there Bonde, did you sell your coffee roasting business or did you just shut it down?
Im looking to make and sell my own coffee attached to my social media brand. How do i choose a supplier to make my first small batch recipe? Do i just buy a pound of starbucks coffe and blend it at home then repackage it and sell? what's the process?
Coffee shop probably would of been more achievable and then make a brand that you can slowly move along side traditional names through your shop.

When building your business, where did you find your green beans and enough to sustain the demand your business created?
I can supply you green bean from kenya

Hi Bonde I wnated to ask if your e book was still available to purchase?
Hi Natalie! It will be for purchase again soon as well as "single topic ebooks" which will be shorter in length and focus in on one topic like sales software. Thank you for the comment!
@@bonde.johnson Hey Bonde, I was following up to see if your e book was ready to be purchased once again?
I learned a lot and enjoyed y’all process. I’m thinking about getting into the business
AhMAZING! 💪
Are you selling your equipment?
You should have outsourced the sales.
Ever hear of crowd funding
It’s so weird watching Bonde be all serious and not about to rip a A+ joke…
Good looks, good taste, good humor.
Damn jerk, leave some women for the rest of us!
So, sounds like you just gave up? lol It was a fun project and you just didn't care enough to make it succeed.
Pretty much! It's all priorities.
