Try this
Let me tell a better one(takes less time)
1. Cut potatoes in the shape of french fries
2. Take water in a bowl add salt and put them in for 5-6 minutes
3. Dry them with help of tissue or cloth (make sure they are completely dry)
4. Fry them and season with salt, pepper, chiliflakes and origano (it's your choice)
5.enjoy🙂
6. If you tried or liked it leave a like ❤❤

But do you start the 5 min timer at the start of the boiling or after it boills and leave it boiling for 5 min

I made the mistake of using bicarbonate soda instead of cornstarch. As you can imagine, they were foul.
