All stories is so emotional. So glad they finally reconciled. 3rd story Sad his dad was very young when he passed on. Pride and stubbornness stops us to fulfilled our hopes and desires. Enjoying sceneries of New Zealand from here. Beautiful,Spectacular, Amazing
Tiwai, I as man who has Irish Blood running thorugh his veins I Thank You for returning your Great Great Grandfathers spirit to his birthland . His spirit has now returned to his proper place and will rest easy
She never had to sign her consent over in giving up her son, even if she had nothing, or could do nothing. If her husband was always in the pub, it couldn't have gone well for the son under his father's care.
I agree! She seemed very bitter. You can see how reserved she is in her actions and attitude. I'm sure she wanted to cause him pain as a payback for her own childhood trauma from him. I don't believe what she saying about him because she seems like a damaged person who wants to damage her Dad.
Not fair to expect her son to drop everything for her she had he time and chance to keep in contact, she didnt flee due to abuse but she didnt like where she lived
Sounds like you didn’t listen to the whole beginning where they said she was 17 and her husband dumped her off at a bus stop alone and pregnant with the 2nd child, wouldn’t let her take him
I guess that Dutch father, which didn't surprise as someone raised by a narcissist, was extremely toxic. Too bad. However, when you've experienced a lot of trauma when young, that often happens.
As wonderful as these stories are, we need to celebrate the many mothers who stepped up when the fathers ditched their responsibilities.
Yep
Emiko is simply stunning ❤ And her mother with a kind perspective and giving and beautiful heart, gave her the roots she needed to grow and thrive.
72 Generations?!! Can you imagine?? That's amazing. Thank you for sharing each of these stories. Each one held a new set of tears for me.

Peter is so cute!!! What a Handsome Man 💜🩷💜🩷
That's sad as H. Fending for self at 14. His dad should be in jail for checking out, and running off his mother.
I loved this
Peter, it's ok.
The poor guy. How awful. Abandoned by both parents. The mother should have kept in touch with him
Kees was so close, but couldn't overcome the trauma of his childhood.
Tiwai 😭😭😭 what a beautiful story 🥹

When I saw Kees I knew it won't end well. My father to a T.
Okay, I've been binge-watching these and haven't cried ONCE, but 1:56:30 got me...

She was 17, pregnant and abuse, by a 28 year old man that made her sign the papers. She lost 2 babies at the same time.
Maybe you're not talking about the 1st story? Unless you watched it on mute without subtitles and just made up a narrative. 🧐
Did you not hear how super Dad kicked his 14 yo son to the street over a woman? Sounds like a real stand up guy😡
Right! Quite the man huh! Such a gentleman to boot!@@cindiemoore2530
