This show raised me as a kid. And i know its silly, but it showed me what a real men is. By showing me the extremes it taught me the right way. Im elegant with the women but im never gonna be spineless like Alan, and i definitely would have been if this show didnt show me what a man is. As someone with no male influence in his life it honestly changed me for the better. And its so silly to talk about it because it is a simple comedy with simple jokes who are always the same, but Charlie Harper, or Sheen for that matter, was more of a father to me than anyone else. And as i said i know it incredibly silly and sad, but im very thankful for it and i think its natural to seek advice from tv and form parasocial relationships. If i was a kid today it would probably be a youtuber….i would hope a responsible one but i think Charlie sheen might be a better influence than most modern youtubers😂 His advice generally actually works. Like the „I understand“ bit. That stuff actually works. Im just happy my mother never noticed i watched the show.
I totally agree to be raised by a TV character especially not having a male figure in our lives and it’s a life so yeah, being Alan will never be me lol 😂 he’ll not. My father died when I was 10 years old so I get it. Thank you for sharing 🙏🏾
Here I am, showing some love to the legend as requested. You've been a damn fine reactor to this cinematic masterpiece, and the commentary to go along with it is riddled with your infectious laughter and happiness. Keep on keeping on, my dude.
Teaching them it is okay to be wrong about anything is important. Then they learn everyone is human. None of us know everything or always make the right descensions, and you can admit that and not be weak.
"What really matter is what's inside a person." Me: Well that explains why there's so many rotten women in the world since your brother's been inside most of them.
Hmm, I wonder if Alan and Judith's marriage would've lasted longer if he spat out an "I understand" when she complained rather than actually talk to her? Although when you're married "I understand" is more like "Yes dear".
@@anthonyvasquezactor Exactly, a lot of the time stuff that a spouse will grouse about isn't worth quibbling over and generally its easier to just go along with it until something really big is worth the headache and night on the couch. Hence why old school married guys just say "yes dear" when their wives need to vent or when something they want needs to get done.
Exactly. Honestly i have had dates where i didnt say much more and she was totally down. Its not mentally gratifying….but what the hell the dates never are.
I really am glad to see someone reacting to this sitcom! It was one of the last shows that was truly for men. Watching this show and mimicking everything Charlie does (minus the booze) and avoiding everything Alan does has increased my success with women ten-fold!
@@mjusda4353 I made the decision long ago to remain a bachelor. I'm definitely not mature enough for a relationship, let alone marriage. Besides, I'm a Gemini. Geminis tend to avoid commitment like the plague.
Oddly enough, Charlie is a pretty good father figure. He may be a bit... lax in some areas, like discipline, but nobody really knows how to raise kids and anybody who says otherwise is selling something. This really is a good show.
Fatherhood is so hard, you are forever learning. Charlie is more like a father figure to Jake than Alan but hes got more to learn to do and so far as I contine watching hes changed so much already since Jake has been in life.
Finally more two and a half men reactions, found your Channel through your Frist reaction to the Show and been loving the content eversince
Thank you ☺️

"I understand" is Charlie's polite way of getting people to shut up faster.
mmmm lol

Thats why sometimes it better to say nothing at all.
I love this ep! That chick's fine derriere set a high standard for Jake, for future derrieres 😆 wowsa 🤭 him staring at it was priceless. 😅
Priceless was indeed!
