Why didn't you enter the pipe thickness in the boundaries setting?

    • @AnsysTutor

By inserting Pipe thickness the fluid domain would decrease & assign cells for the thickness. If you want to add thickness you need to design accordingly.

    • @AnsysTutor

For that you need to select multiphase model , then patch the required half of the pipe with the fluid & the other half as air. You can watch our multiphase flow playlist to get the idea.

there are two bodies of different materials in contact with each other. One body is heated to a temperature of 200 degrees, and the other 20 degrees. How to make a thermal analysis in ANSYS to look at the temperature distribution and temperature stresses caused by heating a body with a temperature of 20, if a body with a temperature of 200 degrees cools down from contact with a body with a temperature of 20, as well as from contact with the environment?

    • @AnsysTutor

You can only change the flow velocity, the flow type depends on the fluid flow which cant be controlled manually. You can only change the flow model from laminar to turbulent.
