damn, one question has taking creatine side effects and could i take sometimes a scoop or two cus im 14 aswell yk? Cus i think it could rlly help me build more muscle
@@4iu1 So yeah there are side effects. Mostly just kidney problems most of the research I've seen is just drink more water so like if usually you drink 2 bottles of water a day drink 3. Just Remember to drink enough water usually half your body weight in onces and you'll be fine. Also as for the taking it thing usually you do 3g or 5g a day 5g like if your 16 or 17 up and 3g for any age under and if you miss a day then do a whole scoop and not like 3/4 the scoop because then it gets a little bit more in your system for the other day but mostly just 3g a day. I tastes bad mixed in water though. There's also a 2 week period before it starts working and once it does start working you'll notice you'll be able to lift a little bit more or weight you normal do will feel a little lighter. @@isaacrow122 Thanks bro usually I skip lunch which I know is bad but I didn't record my whole day cause some parts are just like meh I had 2 quest protein bars though and some almonds also. Thanks for the feedback
