@@KryptCMremmber Barry 1 try to save a child and his dad from krytonian killer machine. He tried run normally and hard to control that speedforce. Thats why running goofy had a reasons.
Flash doesn't have electokinesis, he generates lightning from his speed, but electokinesis is when you can literally bend electricity to your will
the human torch doesn't have pyrokinesis, he just generates fire from his body ;)
@@Equinox1411 if we talking about generating fire from body it's one thing, but pyrokinesis is when you can set things on fire by looking at them
recently he could use the speed force to just generate structures so.. maybe some speed force-type version exists now ?

While Ezra may be a psychopath who needs help, it is rather impressive he plays 2 entirely different versions of the same character rather convincingly. That said I like the different twist on Flash's powers but it feels more like an attempt to make him not so powerful and more grounded. Definitely prefer the classic powerset though where he doesn't have much weaknesses outside of his own creativity with what he can do with the Speedforce

Considering him being a psycho creating a different personality might come naturally to him. As for the powerset, I DO agree with you about the classic/default powerset, but at the same time, it's worth noticing that something more grounded and limited is way better to work with. The side effect of the Flash from comics is that whenever he has to lose it's either another speedster or something straight out of plot armor, like a regular burglar hitting him with a boomerang when he could end it before being thrown.

i just noticed young barry is doing wrestling moves when he fights, assuming he loves wrestling cus he said that to supergirl that entertainment wrestlers are awesome, so he modeled his fighting styles to both elegant like a balerina and cool combat moves like wrestling
which adult barry probbly ddnt grow up watching wrestling since he had no parents growing up and missed that part of his childhood😢
young Barry actually said he's Greenbelt in Capoeira and he extensively studied wrestling in the movie.

No it's not that, Barry is fast enough to box with Kryptonians, it's just that Kara death is a fixed point in time, no matter what he does she would always die, even if he somehow manages to save her the whole multiverse would collapse

He has a better suit, knowledge of how to, he was drafting off of Berry #2 that took a bullet (to the knee ? ), as we saw later he can scar, meaning there are scenarios in which he doesn't fully recover from wounds.

Can you imagine? If Dark flash didn't throw barry in 2013 then Barry would've come back to terraformed earth and a zod that alerady won. The villain despite having other reasons to doing what he did saved the day.
The villain wanted to save the day, Zod winning was the outcome he wanted to prevent after all.

Barry orginals world where is mom is dead means that Dark Flash looses, regardless of Zod winning or not. Darkflash actions saved Barry world.
and flash wouldn't be alive for long because the atmosphere is incompatible with humans at that point, due to terraforming

I saw Nikolaj Caster-Waldeau listed as 'pizza guy' in the cast, and I couldn't remember the moment he appeared.
I know people complain about the cgi in the movie’s intro run but honestly it grew on me. Yeah I agree I wish they had more time to polish it at least but damn this was THE movie that really made me wish that i HAD superspeed & even their specific set of extra perks with the electricity and time travel because of how immersive it was through how both barry’s used and reacted to them. It’s how anyone would react to realizing what they can tap into

Thing is they just cant be more powerful, they already get maximum power and they only get stronger the more they get used to and skilled with power. basically there is no cap on their speed, so both are equally powerful even if they get double power.
or you can say barry 2 got connected to speedforce twice but the source itself is same, it doesnt get multiplied by getting struck with lightening twice.

DCEU Barry's origin story was actually really origin story.
The movie wasn't as bad as people were making it seem. And past Barry was one of my favorite characters, I found him annoying at first, but he kinda grew on me especially his laugh lol. Was it a Great movie? Not really, it could have been better. But it was definitely not as bad as people were making it seem. Especially when compared to a movie like Shazam 2. 🤷🏾♂
If it wasn’t tied to one of the most iconic stories with villains that were just put there with very little involvement or resolution, maybe it’d be seen better.
Like people said, dc main villain is wb. Shazam director have many idea, they reject his idea. When shazam 2 not received well, they not even worried, said the flash will cover their lose. Only for people reject the flash as well.

I sometimes think that Barry’s power isn’t super speed but time manipulation because through his point of view, everything is super slow. So maybe he doesn’t have super speed, maybe he runs normally but slows time so it looks like he is super fast.

some parts of the movie are really cool, in my opinion the second barry had better power effects than the original barry in some parts, but still i can't say that i liked the movie overall, for me it was disappointing in some parts, if I were to rate it would be 5 out of 10
