I like that you do not talk super fast and are very clear. A lot of other TH-camrs do not talk the way you do. I would say that it is a very good attribute that you have.
Very helpful to compare the various options. I haven't tried a subscription office, only set up some customers on it. The personal and family makes a lot of sense for me as i don't need Email, SharePoint etc. One question that I have is in order to use it, do I need to have an Internet connect? I don't care if I need one off and on for them to enable license updates, but I do not want to have to be logged into Microsoft all the time.
I'm glad you enjoyed the video and found it helpful. It definitely makese sense for you to have the personal plan if that's all you need. Thanks for tuning in and for the support!
I wish I would have watched this before I got my subscription! I think I should have gotten the small business subscription. I am just trying to not to spend too too much during my first year as an LLC. I'll have to look into an upgrade. Thank you for explaining Microsoft 365 a bit better. I do pretty well but, sometimes sorting through piles of online tools can be daunting! I want to make solid choices when it comes to my business foundation.
Hey I'm glad I could help out. One of the best things you can do is set up your custom domain with Exchange online. I have a guide on how to set that up and also a dedicated video on MS 365 for businesses and how to help take advantage of it fully.
@@UltratecJS most excellent, I'll have to check it out on Monday. I had been signed up to G Suite before & paying for 2 accounts apparently without even knowing! @@UltratecJS thank you, this has been helpful because I have been using Microsoft office 2016, and it crashes a lot! So I’ll purchase the personal plan for $6.99/ month. I think that’s best for me.
@@UltratecJS I'm a bit confused on how to choose Office 365 for our office included Power Automate, Power App, Power BI, SharePoint and Power Visual Agents and domains management for all users. could you recommend?
@@area_2111 How many users do you have? You might need a Microsoft 365 E3 license which will include everything you require. www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/compare-microsoft-365-enterprise-plans. What's cool about subscriptions is you can always modify and either get a bigger plan or decrease the plan. For example, a business I help has about 200 users on a MS 365 business standard license while a few have a E5 license, meaning you don't need every single person in your organization to have the exact same license. They also use a few Exchange boxes that only require a license of Exchange Online (Plan 2) which does not give access to any apps but just Exchange and storage for Exchange. For domains management it will automatically included for whoever creates the account. You can also add additional administrators later on if you require, there is no charge for that.
@@UltratecJS About a hundred users. If I use 365 business standard once I create a user and assign license when he login and hit on all apps power platform also there for use?

Thanks for this! Is it possible to register Microsoft 365 Family with a non-microsoft account? Like a google account for example?
Ho Danica, no problem! Yes it is possible to register with a Gmail email account.

With the online version do you still need a backup program?
You can use OneDrive to backup your data, which is included in the cloud subscription.

With Office 365 business standards also included power platform?
Qualifying licenses for PowerApps include Business Premium, Business Essentials, F1 Plan, and the E1-E5 Enterprise Plans.
