I'm not familiar with speedruns, why does your counter go back to 0 on the milliseconds, and why does it round down?
Ex: from 13:12.78 to 13:12.00 around the 13:46 mark of the video?

the run is timed using sum of PGCR (post game carnage report) which rounds down the milliseconds
