I honestly had no hope of seeing a new reach record in legendary, it's been almost 3 years and I would never have thought that the next record would be a sub 1:10, congratulations and I hope this encourages the community to try more records in Reach
2nd mission you can just run past everyone on the left after killing 1 jackal for plasma pistol. Kill the ultra that drops out with noob combo then headshot all the skirmishers. Stay on the retaining wall to the right as you’re gunning them down. Area clear no excessive gunfights.. takes practice but it’s easy once you get it down. I’m nowhere near as fast as you on the rest of the run but the first section is substantially easier on my end using that method ..
Odd how your Sabre's bullets act like the Needler. Despite aiming AT them or slightly behind them when they're at distance... And you somehow only get aggro every 10-20 seconds by a single Banshee/Seraph as opposed to being swarmed non-stop like you're a fresh pile of shit in the countryside... Otherwise, solid run, for sure.
do you play on mouse and keyboard? if so, what sensitivity do you have? because when i played the sabre section in LNoS i had to crank the sensitivity a lot and i didn't see you do that.
@@PhluppeHimself yeah thats what i was talking about didnt realize it was on easy though! Thanks now it makes sense how he ran through the beginning on Oni Sword Base. I tried that so much and was only able to do it a couple times on Legendary.
I want to speedrun, but something about playing my childhood games on anything besides the 360 feels like it'll make a felon. I prefer pc over controller even in a life/death situation, but I just can't bring myself to play reach on pc. It's either I play it on xbox 360, or not at all. Hell, maybe i'll get back to the game and speedrun when I get a new pc capable of mass-streaming.

That was seclusive's run on easy. This is on legendary. Sorix did an IL grind the last few weeks and it shows :)
