A good review, you just touched on the drawbar height not being so critical with air bags I think the most important aspect of air bags on 4 wheel independent suspension is that it is Load Sharing, those using springs are generally not load sharing and will ride up on the caravan front axle when the draw bar drops causing instability etc.
Great tutorial as I’ve just gotten my quote back from cruise master for the ATX suspension and was going to go with the coil , but after that think we’ll spend that bit extra nd have the air bag instead……..thanks for the information

A great honest review. Just ordered the ATX Air 3W, but you do have me thinking about the disc brakes option.
Yes the discs work very well and handle dusty roads better as there are no drums to fill up with dust
