    "(Reporter: Mr. Trump, what do you think of the gag order?)
    Well, I think the gag order is totally unconstitutional."
    ++WHITE FLASH++
    3. SOUNDBITE (English) Donald Trump, Former U.S. President:
    "I'm not allowed to talk, but people are allowed to talk about me. So they can talk about me. They can say whatever they want, they can lie, but I'm not allowed to say anything. I just have to sit back and, look at why a conflicted judge has ordered me to have a gag order. I don't think anybody's ever seen anything like this. I'd love to talk to you people. I'd love to say everything that's on my mind, but I'm restricted because I have a gag order."
    ++WHITE FLASH++
    4. SOUNDBITE (English) Donald Trump, Former U.S. President:
    "And by the way, this trial is all Biden, this is all Biden, just in case anybody has any question. And they're keeping me in a courtroom, that's freezing, by the way, in a courtroom all day long while he's out campaigning. That's probably an advantage because he can't campaign, nobody, nobody knows what he's doing, he can't put two sentences together. But he's out campaigning."
    ++WHITE FLASH++
    5. SOUNDBITE (English) Donald Trump, Former U.S. Presiden
    "He's out campaigning and I'm here in a courtroom sitting here giving...Sitting up as straight as I can all day long. Because you know what? It's a very unfair situation."
    STORYLINE:
    Day two of Donald Trump's hush money trial in New York wrapped up Tuesday afternoon with the former president once again railing against the gag order that he's already been accused of violating multiple times.
    As he left the courtroom for the day, Trump complained, "I'm not allowed to defend myself and yet other people are allowed to say whatever they want about me."
    Trump spoke to the press while holding a stack of articles he said were critical of the case but that he's not allowed to share.
    Trump also complained again about the temperature in the courtroom, calling it "freezing," and said he's been "sitting up as straight as I can all day long" while Biden is campaigning.
    "It's a very unfair situation," he says.
    "I'm not allowed to talk but people are allowed to talk about me. So they can talk about me, they can say whatever they want, they can lie, but I'm not allowed to say anything. I just have to sit back and look at why a conflicted judge is ordering me to have a gag order. I don't think anybody's ever seen anything like this," Trump said.
    David Pecker, the former publisher of the National Enquirer tabloid testified Tuesday that he pledged to be Trump's “eyes and ears" during his 2016 presidential campaign, recounting how he promised the then-candidate that he would help suppress harmful stories and even arranged to purchase a doorman's silence.
    Pecker is the first witness in Trump’s history-making trial, where he faces 34 felony counts of falsifying business records in connection with payments meant to prevent harmful stories from surfacing during the final days of the 2016 campaign.
