No contingency plan needed _there._ One Link for every Ganon (mostly). Even if Batman had to step in, as he's pointed out, he wouldn't be facing a singular target, but a multiverse of them.
He would still need a backup plan, because despite Ganondorf being a Demonic God, the reason he loses to a Mere Human is not just his combat skill but also because this Hero has weapons designed for Exorcisms on even the biggest evils in the Multiverse, meaning as long as the foe is evil, the Master Sword will erradicate them with relative ease, the more Darkness, the more effective the Sword is. Superman could still be beaten by Link, the possibility is low yet still there, against Ganondorf Superman cannot do anything not even killing, since Ganon mostly gets only vulnerable to Holy-Based attacks, which Superman unfortunally lacks, and so in case a Link fails against a Ganondorf there should be at least a Backup Plan like in the "Bad Ending scenario" of OoT
Finding the Triforce is not enough, he needs to have faith in Courage, Power and Wisdom equally, only then the Triforce considers him as its rightful owner, otherwise he would end up splitting it and then he is forced to recollect the pieces with what is supposed to be hard work and patience
@Chris-gx1eiAnd Power isnt? Batman is the definition of peak fitness of his planet and the greatest martial artist in the world, knoing every type of fight form out there. Batman has all 3 my guy easily.
Actually his goals are noble but the curse of hate put on the trio by demise also corrupts and gives him demise’s hatred of the goddess Zelda and the hero
Not all of his three incarnations have noble Intentions. Ocarina of Time Ganondorf - he Might have had noble Intentions when he gets humanized in Wind Waker, but that dude is only depressed because the Gods themselves turned against him, there are two other scenarios, one where gets cocky like in Twilight Princess because he suddenly had the Triforce of Power despite never touching it, thus he missinterprets it as divine intervention despite an Irrational Ocarina of Time Zelda sending an Ocarina of Time Link back in time to prevent the split of the Triforce yet causing it anyways without knowing, thus it makes Ganondorf think that the Gods do Support him for being the rightful ruler And then we have A Link to the Past Ganon, who is OoT Ganon if he did manage to win and gets the full Triforce, making him an almost Omnipotent God himself who slaughtered his followers before claiming that Power. These are all the Same dude, the same dude that was offered Alliance by the King and thus Ganondorf actually would have no need to struggle For Survival. Then there are two cases where he is reborn as a new Male Gerudo Four Swords Adventures, there he is a male Gerudo born during an era where the Gerudos were no thiefs, they were a peaceful community that welcomes visitors with open arms, this Ganon has no reason that would explain or justify his evil. Then we have Tears of the Kingdom Ganondorf. He did live during a time where Hyrule itself had no Kingdom anymore and fell into Anarchy with Demons running around. The Zonai killed those said Demons and Rauru established another Kingdom with the intention of unifying the Land and have everyone live in peace, he even offered the Gerudos countless times to join them, but their Leader Ganondorf always rejected it, Ganondorf in there believes in Natural Selection that only the Powerful ones may be able to survive and the Weak shall perrish, you can hear it from his dialogue at the Finale that peace disgusts him to the Core and that combat is to him better than sex.
The contongency plan would be to team up with Link to beat Gannon faster. If, however he escaped to Batman's reality and fetching Link wasnt feasable then a Green Lantern ring woukd be the closest approximation to the Triforce Of Courage. This is assumong that Gannon would not be fixated on returning to Hyrule in the first place.
The Triforce of Courage is not the Key of defeating Ganon, it is Holiness that is his Ultimate Weakness as a Demon King and also mostly the only thing that he is vulnerable to. If the Master Sword is not availale you could try to get a Group of Exorcists - like John Constantine - who then try to banish him to Hell or something with the aid of the Christian God - it wouldnt be pleasant for Satan that someone like Ganondorf would appear considering he has basically 1/3 of the Power that makes him almost equal to Lord Jesus Christ, and Lucifer was defeated by Michael so he would Eventually try to reject Ganon before he erradicates him
I have 2 ideas for contingency plans: Contingency plan code: Champion of destruction Subject: Count bleck (super paper mario) Contingency plan code: It's showtime! Subject: Dimentio (Super paper mario as well)
See you did a reaction video to Ganondorf. Can we get a Contingency Plan one too? Would like to see how Batman would try to neutralize the "incarnation of Demise's hatred". Bats has dealt with all manner of otherworldly threats, even making the likes of Darkseid back down due to a gamble he took on the New God's home planet.
The best way to deal with Ganon is using a Ton of Holiness, since the Christian God is Canon and dudes like John Constantine exist, there would be a chance to contain him.
Hurray! A Legend of Zelda entry! 😃 I love that franchise. My dad introduced me in the late 80s. Last year, I got Tears of the Kingdom for my 40th birthday. I beat that back in May of this year. I could’ve beaten it March, if not February. I just enjoyed the game that much. Hoping to get Echoes of Wisdom for my birthday (two weeks from today) or Christmas. 🙂
My first game of this series was the Windwaker, but because it was a GameCube game, we didn’t have a Memory Card, so we kept playing it right from the beginning, and let me tell you something: my sister actually got far into the game, up to that Volcano…
Corrections because I have seen discussions on Discord for years and have analysed the character of Ganondorf and believe this video only has a surface level understanding of the character instead of the full picture. Rinkuto, a French theorist who have studied eastern religions in university. Somasoa and Baro and the translator Sidier have looked through the real life inspirations for the series and some of the errors in the English localization, things the localization added that doesn't exist in the source text or things that got lost in the west because of the Japanese language: 1. The curse(also known as the curse of the demon tribe/demon clan/demons and the hate of the demons and the hate towards the gods) mentioned in SS is not a malevolent curse cast by Demise or the embodiment of the universal concept of demise, in Japanese it's more that Demise explained reality, the world and it's cycle as it is: Everyone experiences samsara since before and after the world's creation demons aka monsters and evil spirits are cursed(the state of demons is cursed which means their spirit can sometimes persist after death allowing for a possible resurrection, we see this in Arbiter's grounds, we learn that enemy Poes in OoT have hatred for the world) people emanate positive and negative emotions both of which perpetuate one's cycle of samsara, the accumulated karma determines what the next life is going to be. In Zelda souls are bound to bloodlines and like in Buddhism the soul and body produce one's individual spirit. positive emotions manifest energy known as force or ki/chi(the same name is used for lifeforce which every lifeform have, this is also the energy that grants the Master sword it's demon eradication powers) negative emotions manifest evil energy known as malice/grudge(a vengeful ghost is usually limited to this if they don't have a body that can produce blood and if combined with blood becomes gloom/miasma(pure demon power)) negative emotions give birth to demons and is the reason why Ganondorf can use dark magic and become a demon(which is more of a state of being, his other forms are what he can take after he becomes a demon) the remnants of demise aka his soul, spirit and body were all destroyed(sealed to decay within the Master sword, destroyed by a Triforce wish) so Ganondorf is less a reincarnation of the soul of Demise and more of a manifestation of his entire character like being an incarnation of Vishnu or Buddha, Ganondorf, Demise and Malladus are embodiments of the universal hatred. Ganon is a nickname for Ganondorf which can refer to him in any form he takes but is more associated with his demon beast form. As long as there are feelings there is also hate, anger and resentment, hatred is an emotion you can't get rid off, as long as there is a Triforce people will covet for it, as long as there is light there is also darkness. The curse of the demon tribe is a common trope in Japanese fiction, Dragon quest 11 and Pokémon mystery dungeon also use this trope. 2. Ganondorf being motivated by injustices done to the Gerudo is not true, we see none of this in OoT and in TWW, the game that this misconception spawned from his wind speech does not mention the Gerudo's homes in the original Japanese text. Ganon only shows ego, selfishness, narcissism, envy, greed, lust for power. He alone coveted Hyrule's winds, covet is a strong word and he coveted everything for himself, he doesn't say that he did anything for the Gerudo or felt that the Gerudo didn't get a great environment to live in, he is saying that HE deserved a better land. He brainwashed his own people(for example his servanrs brainwash Nabooru to become his second in-command) and used them as pawns to get to his demon king status and his beloved demon world extension. We see his ability to brainwash people too in ALttP. The Gerudo were not being opressed in OoT's backstory, FSA, TP and TotK’s backstory nor is Ganon shown to ever care for them or seek vengeance for them. He killed his own followers in ALttP's backstory, in OoT, TWW and TotK he is only shown to care about Twinrova as their names are inscribed on his weapons and they are likely the ones who taught him dark magic in OoT as they are demon cultists(as shown more clearly in the Oracle games where they talk about extending the demon world and reviving their son in a demonic ritual that guides his spirit back to the world of the living and gives him a proper body) and his foster parents In OoT Ganondorf after becoming a Great demon king/Great king of evil(Daimaō) leaves the Gerudo in the desert for 7 years and they are later seen celebrating his defeat, he also swears that he will exterminate Nabooru's descendants. In TWW Ganon shows no remorse or regret for anything he's done, the state of his mind in TWW is a result of him falling from grace twice and feeling nostalgic but he still wishes to force his will upon the world and it's people. When Daphnes uses the Triforce Ganondorf cracks and embraces his death while trying to deny the future Daphnes wished for and when defeated still bears a grudge and obsession but also is aware that his last chance to claim the Triforce has disappeared forever. In another speech from the same game he doesn't take any responsibility for the flood and throws all responsibility on the kami(gods/spirits) plus he shows an unhealthy obssession with the past and a desire to destroy what is in order to return to what was. In FSA, TP and TotK Ganondorf's ultimate goal in every game is shown more clearly: He wants a world that is about his and the demon tribe's ideals(survival of the fittest, might makes right, never-ending pursuit of destructive overwhelming power, never-ending and constant war and battle, destruction of peace and harmony because it breeds weakness) and wants to crush everything that is an affront to it like what the gods represent, this is the same desires Demise had in SS. We also see in TotK how much Ganondorf actually cares about the Gerudo, the only ones who follow him are associated with darkness as they wear death masks, use black eye paint and like him wield weapons of miasma but the rest of the Gerudo are attacked after he doubles his spiritual power with the secret stone to become a demon king/king of evil(Maō). Throughout the series Ganondorf and other demon villains and dark magic wielders use the symbol of the evil eye in their headquarters or on their clothes, weapons and armor. Ganondorf also likes to decorate buildings he takes over or built with imagery depicting his demon beast form which is a reflection of his character/soul/spirit/heart. In summary Ganondorf fights for bloodthirsty warlords like himself which the demon tribe consists mostly of so the demon tribe can more accurately be described as Ganondorf's actual people. Ganondorf always covets what isn't his like what the green fields Hyrule had but always does it selfishly, seeking land to corrupt it and make people fight for survival to satisfy his desires. His desire to rule is so strong that he wants to be the omnipotent ruler of all creation and when he can't have that he will deceive, cheat and use violence to get what he wants. In some cases he has declared that he will drag his enemies to hell after a defeat. 3. Less of a correction, I just want to point this out. In Ancient stone tablets we see that sometkmes killing Ganondorf and destroying his body is not enough, his spirit in some cases persist after death and can attempt a resurrection. Ganondorf is also capable of possessing people with a piece of his soul like Agahnim the priest for example who turned into Ganondorf's other self/copy(bunshin). Ganondorf’s phantoms can also take the forms of other people and do identity theft. Weapons other than the Master sword can be used against Ganondorf but their effectiveness depends on how much force energy they have to seal his magic, body, soul and spirit. The amount of energy required depends on how much energy Ganondorf has, he can feed on negative emotions to nourish his flesh and blood and feed on force energy for power. In TotK Ganondorf couldn't produce miasma when Rauru sealed his heart and robbed him of his magic, he was only able to manifest a spiritual copy from his emotions while stuck beneath Hyrule. If Ganondorf's soul is sealed in the same way Demise's remains were sealed in Skyward sword his soul might get eradicated instead of just being imprisoned until he takes advantage of a weakened seal or finds a weakness in it. But like Demise manifestation is a thing that can happen instead of the reincarnation of the soul and samsara is an endless cycle that can't end. Destroying the Triforce means dooming the world to slowly die and be consumed by the one that dwells in the void(which was sealed by existence through the creation gods' power and is near the most demonic part of the world).
I think I need to also add a bit more about Ganon's character and the themes in TotK and parts of Ganondorf's character in other games. In TotK one theme is Ganondorf vs Rauru. Rauru is not a warlord who is forcing his will upon the world and it's people while Ganondorf is. Rauru is a monarch who represents peace and harmony while Ganondorf instead represents insanity, chaos, war, survival of the fittest, might makes right and the idea that the strong shall always rule over the weak. Rauru builds bridges with the other tribes through diplomacy while Ganondorf forces people to live in constant fear of death and only creates a world that benefits violent criminals. Ganondorf mocks Rauru for not abusing the secret stones and ruling like Ganondorf's idea of a true king. Ganondorf feels like Rauru is a living insult to him. Like in TWW Ganondorf wants to destroy the world that is and return to the world that was. He is obsessed with the past and can't let go and move on. He hates Rauru and Sonia for going around the world on a pilgrimage to seal demons because that robbed the world of war and violence which Ganondorf likes as seen in both TotK and every other game he has appeared in. During the encounter at Hyrule castle Ganondorf states to the sages and Link that he will show them the world that will make a resurgence, the world that was before Rauru's kingdom, the world that Ganondorf almost created during the TotK seal war. Ganondorf dislikes Rauru for using power to help and protect people instead of taking power away from people and conquering lands. Ganondorf thinks Rauru is a poor excuse for a king and a representative of a race descended from gods for taking a Hylian woman as his wife. Also subtly mocks the Zonai for dying out(with the exception of Rauru and Mineru). ------------------------------------------------ Abrahamic satanic inspirations for Ganondorf's character have been present in the first five games and small bits are still present in the newer mostly Buddhist, Shinto and Hindu inspired games. Ganondorf wields a trident in some games, in FSA the trident is the thing that allowed him to become a king of darkness. He used it while in human form to attack the knights of Hyrule. He hides from the light behind his cape and can transform into a bat like Dracula(as well as sending out fire bats through his magic), the resurrection ritual in TAoL is similar to Dracula's resurrection in Dracula: Prince of darkness, Agahnim in ALttP's backstory resembles the anti-christ or the false priest because he is thought to be the second coming of the sages when he performs miracles that stops the calamities(likely caused by the demon king who is possessing the priest). The English lozalization of the first games called Ganondorf the prince of darkness instead of the king of darkness or demon king as he is called in the manuals. In TP Ganondorf in his spirit form makes himself look like a god to Zant, even quoting the Triforce's spirit/essence from the AlttP manual. Ganondorf has once been sealed beyond the underworld and in one instance he lacked a body and his spirit was wandering the demon world until it was guided to the world of the living for a resurrection ritual. Darknuts/Tart knuckles who serve Ganondorf are implied to be former knights of Hyrule, some having taken on monstrous forms that are reflections of their spirit. This means that some knights of Hyrule likes the demon world extension Ganondorf is attempting to create, other knights could have possibly been corrupted by his magic or brainwashed. Ganondorf is also very hostile towards the gods, peace and harmony and thinks he himself would be a better choice for worship. One of Ganondorf's titles that best describes him during his Gerudo days is demon thief/evil thief rather than Gerudo king. This title is used by the sages in TP and ALttP's manual. He is a dark magic wielding selfish bandit leader. Ganondorf himself is also kind of an anti-christ figure, Twinrova helped cement him as demon king, his soul became demonic and can incarnate in vessels from his bloodline thus dooming the Gerudo to experience the rule of a man with the same soul as the demon king who was born in their tribe in the distant past. ----------------------------------------------- Some more tidbits about the curse of the demon tribe. It likely predates Demise's final battle with Link as he calls it his hatred and talked about his hate towards the gods before the battle began. Hylia was aware of the nature of demons and samsara so she chose to make a plan to reincarnate as a mortal and give humans the means to fight back against demons. Demise says that the hero and Hylia's reincarnation are forever enemies of the demon tribe and like the gods are the hated enemies of the demon tribe for always defying them. Because everyone experiences samsara Link’s soul will continuously reincarnate in the knight's family bloodline and Zelda will continously reincarnate in the Royal family of Hyrule's bloodline but because of samsara history will also repeat itself as manifestations of the universal hatred will too appear and experience reincarnation while trying to fullfill their selfish evil desires. Demise and Hylia both know how samsara works and Ganondorf shows knowledge of how it works in both TP(his final words) and TWW(where he is trying to end the cycle of conflict with his enemies but on his terms as he still wishes to win and establish a tyrannical reign of darkness, in fact he thinks samsara and the cursed state of demons benefits him so he is just trying to end the cycle for those who constantly oppose him. The world is doomed when a demon king beats the opposition). Sidnote: Ganon being born out of a dark past is a mistranslation, Ganon giving up on resurrection in BOTW is also a mistranslation. He obsessively refused to give up on resurrection, instead of dark past it says that he was born in the distant past and has been destroyed and revived time and time again in Japanese.
@carljohansson3512 Thanks for pointing out all the things that is missunderstood due to misstranslation. I am a fan of the Zelda Lore because you can dig inmeasurably deep in it to find out more about the very interesting mythology, especially since it even have its own unique demonology of Big Demons capable of Challenging Gods to rise from time to time again without an end. It is sad that all the stuff gets lost in Localisation
Also to add something to the sealing part: It is only rare that mere Power is enough to stop Ganon, there also needs to be an "ellement" included, which is Holiness. While Force is indeed the fuel of the Master Sword, the Four Sword and so on, the same can apply for basically anything. The Light-Force from the Minish cap for example is the Manifestation of the Life Force of the Living beings - that the Minish probably harvested by making People happy and Collecting the Force Gems they made. But Darkness can also draw from that same force like Vaati who became a Cosmic God after obtaining a huge fracture of that force or Bellum who feasts from the Life Force of the Living directly. And mostly we face these foes with weapons that have the Attribute to them that basically all of them are weak to: Holy Light, which is used to erradicate Darkness, just like Rauru does in Tears of the Kingdom, he Steals Ganondorf's Magic but doesnt use it on his own, he purifies Ganondorf's Dark Magic with his own Holy Magic, resulting in a green Energy of Neutralized Magic to come from above. To keep that seal intact the Built Hyrule Castle on top, mostly due to the fact that Hyrule Castle should be a Symbol of Peace, Hope and Prosperity, causing People to be Happy and overflowung with Force that they produce as a result. This would also explain how Impa's seal on Bongo Bongo would work, she built Kakariko around his prison so that Refugees can live in peace and hapiness, again to create force for the seal. During Ganondorf's Reign of Terror Bongo Bongo escaped 7 years later because there was no force left to fuel the seal on Bongo Bongo because People lived in Terror
@Chris-gx1ei Good point about Bongo Bongo's seal, there's still things I discover from what the new games has shed more light on. And of course everything you said about force is correct, demons themselves have bodies fueled by life force that is demonic. Two opposite energies but they have some form of a relationship because of emotions and lifeforce though it's a bit unclear if force can be converted into evil energy or if it's more like a fuel. The Triforce never changes color when it radiates evil energy after a selfish wish. Maybe demons can do the opposite of what Rauru did to Ganondorf, taking in pure divine energy and turning it wicked.
@@carljohansson3512 I think it is more like neutralizing it, similar to Matter and Anti-Matter, both are particles that came from energy and if both get into contact again they erradicate each other and become energy again. Similar might be the case between Rauru and Ganondorf, Rauru robs Ganondorf's Magic and uppon getting in contact with his Light magic it starts changing, White and Blue getting in contact with Black and Red and as a Result Green comes out. It is just a guess, but if Ganondorf's Red represents Unholy and Rauru's Blue represents Holy (like the Master Sword), then it might make sense that Green, which is basically in between, represents neutral magical energy. So assuming Rauru's Light and Ganondorf's Darkness Neutralize each other's effect, it might seem plausible that no matter who seals who it will result in the same
Gannondort and Raz Al gul have a little in common also the court of owls could find used for him as well. even the enchantress with magic powers such as his can be used in ways you can imagine. However, as long as Batman has connections with a certain time, lord, or any other means of multi-verse time travel, he can beat him or any other version of him. Batman’s next contingency plan should be about alpha the original member of men in black contingency plan code: conglomerator.
Ganondorf has mostly invulnerabillity that could only be bypassed with Holy-based attacks, Holiness is to Ganon basically the equivalent of Kryptonite to Superman with the difference that Ganondorf is still able to hold some Holy Weapons like the Sword of the Sages or "Dusk Claymore" as it was renamed inTears of the Kingdom. This Claymore was a Holy weapon that the Sages tried to use to execute Ganondorf in Twilight Princess, it was able to pierce through his flesh, yet was not enough to kill him, and now he holds that weapon as his own, which is twice as badass, a Dark God holding a Holy Sword that failed to kill him. Regardless he is still vulnerable to Holy Based magic and weapons. The ones with Holy Powers in the DCU would be John Constantine and Dr Fate's one Christian host
I think Progenitor kinda fits more, since That's the type of Virus that made him a superior human being in the first place, allowing him to have his Doctor in Biology with 17 and even being resurected after being aditionally infected with the T-Virus
"Reacts" to Ganon? Not gonna try against the king of evil? No "contingencies"? Wait! 1:02 Jer-udo? Like Gentrification or Giraffes? Yeah, I'm not saying that. Link isn't mute either, he can't make fun of Groose's hair if he's mute.
The Triforce doesnt have much relevance in fighting him except for it being a Part that Ganon wants to obtain for full Omnipotent Power, which is why he kidnaps her in the first place. The reason why Ganon gets defeated is Because Link obtains an arsenal of Weapons meant for Exorcising "Master Demons" capable of combating the big Gods
@@adwrath She is mostly only passively active in it by giving Link some Boosts with her holy powers inheired, though there are only five cases out of more than 20 games where she actively aids him in battle

Note that he had NO strategy for him, which makes sense. I wouldn't want to run the risk that I'd be caught up in that cycle of reincarnation, either. Not saying it would happen, but even the slightest chance that I'd be caught in it would be enough for me to stay the hell away.
He’ll definitely need link and Zelda for help because they have the triforce linked to them. Also Bruce might actually like hanging out with them because of their adventures and they like helping people.
The Triforce is not the key of Ganon's defeat since he even has the Full Artifact at his disposal making him almost equal to the Christian God in Terms of Potential Power, it is Holiness That is the Key for beating him. Zelda is a Descendant of a Goddess of Holy Light and Link wields a Sword crafted by that said Goddess and strenghtened with the Flames of the Creator Goddesses.
Contingency plan code: Firehawk Subject: Lilith (Borderlands games) Contingency plan code: One vision, One purpose Subject: Kane (CnC Tib-verse minus CnC4) Contingency plan code: Fly lord Subject: Nurgle (Warhammer both fantasy And 40K)
Since Ganondorf is a Demon King - an entity powerful enough to bring down Big Gods - and also invulnerable to almost any attack, the only way to bring him down is to use his Weakness: Holy based attacks are the only thing that can harm him in many cases. In this case it would be a great choice to Rely on Exorcists like John Constantine. But although Holiness basically is for Ganondorf that what Kryptonite is to Superman, simply the presence of Holy Energy is not enough since he can even wield Holy Weapons on his own and use them against his enemies. You basically need to actively attack him in order to harm him. And as soon as he is weakened seal him away and strengthen the seal constantly so that he may never escape.
@@ericsanders9847 I did explain it partly, he would gather all Exorcists he can get, like John Constantine for example, and use them for their aid to banish him or something.
Win it is a new Link it is a different character with the spirit of the hero. Kinda like the Avatar, the spirit of the Avatar is born into a new body, but the character has their own life.
A clarification about ganondorf: he is pure evil, he doesn't have "nble goals" or whatever, the one thing that always pushes him to be evil is envy, in ocarina of time, he felt envy of the entire kingdom of hyrule, while him and the gerudo's lived in a desert, the rest of the kingdom have fresh wind and big plains, he always felt envy towards anyone, with god-like power, for example, the Zonais, and there's a theory that ganondorf is the incarnation of Demise's hate, demise si basically "Ganondorf prime" in short, a being of pure evil that was destroyed by the first incarnation of link and the first master sword (yes, FIRST master sword, because ther'es a lot of reaons as to why the one in wind waker and Botw and ToTk are different ones ), but that last part is just a theory or personal thought Edit: also to note, Ocarina of time and wind waker ganondorf are the same one, not a new incarnation, just the same guy that broek the seal in which he was imrpisioned at the end of OoT, in the adult timeline
It is not Envy that drives him, it is his Worldview that does, in Tears of the Kingdom were lines from the Japanese not translated correctly into English or partly left out, in there Ganondorf desired that the World should be overrun by Demons so that everywhere will be war and conflict, he is the type of dude that believes in Natural Selection and finds as much pleasure in Combat as we do in Sex, he wants to be on top and he wants to *fight* to achieve that.
@@jeralb.3123 That was because he first had a Sword of Exorcism pierced through his brain before the Sages imprisoned him in Ocarina of Time and secondly after his return the Gods themselves interviened, and believe me, anyone would be depressed if their own Gods actively turn against you *during your lifetime*, because this means you have done some serious shit and this should be make you thinking.
I've got 3 (technically 4?) characters from the same series that could be pretty interesting to look at and talk about. Obviously, I don't expect to see all of these be made into a video, so if only one had to be looked at, please make it the second character I've listed; they are by far the more dangerous and difficult for Batman to be able to face, in my opinion. Contingency Plan: Would You Kindly? Subject: Jack Wynand Game: BioShock Contingency Plan: Big Daddy / Who's Your Daddy? Subject: Subject Delta (aka "Johnny Topside" ) Game BioShock 2 Contingency Plan: The False Shepard & The Miracle Child Subject: Booker DeWitt & Elizabeth Game: BioShock Infinite
The most dangerous version of Ganondorf is from the downfall timeline he had the full Triforce it can effect other universes and can even erase conceptual beings like Null who was the embodiment of nothingness who could eat all of existence.
Yeah, the Triforce is limitless Power, it does have minor limits like the Master Sword that is forged with the Power of the same creators, but unfortunally these limits are very insignificant that anyone but Link could basically bennefit from But it does reach through every corner of the Multiverse, similar to how Rom conquered all of Gallia except for a Small Village (Asterix Refference by the way)
Immortality is a gift for those who can make use of eternity for everyone. It is also a curse for those who cannot share a moment of eternity with anyone.

Huh... They could actually be considered cosmic threats
Imagine Batman traveling around Hyrule looking for The Triforce? He'd definitely need Link & Zelda to help him out.
Which begs the question: which of the two parts of the Triforce does Batman embody? I don’t think power suits him.
Finding the Triforce is not enough, he needs to have faith in Courage, Power and Wisdom equally, only then the Triforce considers him as its rightful owner, otherwise he would end up splitting it and then he is forced to recollect the pieces with what is supposed to be hard work and patience

And then we have A Link to the Past Ganon, who is OoT Ganon if he did manage to win and gets the full Triforce, making him an almost Omnipotent God himself who slaughtered his followers before claiming that Power.
These are all the Same dude, the same dude that was offered Alliance by the King and thus Ganondorf actually would have no need to struggle For Survival.
Then there are two cases where he is reborn as a new Male Gerudo
Four Swords Adventures, there he is a male Gerudo born during an era where the Gerudos were no thiefs, they were a peaceful community that welcomes visitors with open arms, this Ganon has no reason that would explain or justify his evil.

No, Link has been doing stuff like that since the hero sky, even though he's a great hero, he's always been a bit of a Prankster
If the Master Sword is not availale you could try to get a Group of Exorcists - like John Constantine - who then try to banish him to Hell or something with the aid of the Christian God - it wouldnt be pleasant for Satan that someone like Ganondorf would appear considering he has basically 1/3 of the Power that makes him almost equal to Lord Jesus Christ, and Lucifer was defeated by Michael so he would Eventually try to reject Ganon before he erradicates him
I have 2 ideas for contingency plans:
Contingency plan code: Champion of destruction

Contingency plan code: It's showtime!

To think all these timelines arose because Link became the hero prematurely.

I love that franchise.
Haven’t played WW yet, and that’s one of the few I haven’t beat. The first game is my dad’s favorite game of all time. 😃

Now I wonder if Gannondorf could escape The Phantom Zone. 🤔

Corrections because I have seen discussions on Discord for years and have analysed the character of Ganondorf and believe this video only has a surface level understanding of the character instead of the full picture. Rinkuto, a French theorist who have studied eastern religions in university. Somasoa and Baro and the translator Sidier have looked through the real life inspirations for the series and some of the errors in the English localization, things the localization added that doesn't exist in the source text or things that got lost in the west because of the Japanese language:
1. The curse(also known as the curse of the demon tribe/demon clan/demons and the hate of the demons and the hate towards the gods) mentioned in SS is not a malevolent curse cast by Demise or the embodiment of the universal concept of demise, in Japanese it's more that Demise explained reality, the world and it's cycle as it is:
Everyone experiences samsara since before and after the world's creation
demons aka monsters and evil spirits are cursed(the state of demons is cursed which means their spirit can sometimes persist after death allowing for a possible resurrection, we see this in Arbiter's grounds, we learn that enemy Poes in OoT have hatred for the world)
people emanate positive and negative emotions both of which perpetuate one's cycle of samsara, the accumulated karma determines what the next life is going to be. In Zelda souls are bound to bloodlines and like in Buddhism the soul and body produce one's individual spirit.
positive emotions manifest energy known as force or ki/chi(the same name is used for lifeforce which every lifeform have, this is also the energy that grants the Master sword it's demon eradication powers)
negative emotions manifest evil energy known as malice/grudge(a vengeful ghost is usually limited to this if they don't have a body that can produce blood and if combined with blood becomes gloom/miasma(pure demon power))
negative emotions give birth to demons and is the reason why Ganondorf can use dark magic and become a demon(which is more of a state of being, his other forms are what he can take after he becomes a demon)
the remnants of demise aka his soul, spirit and body were all destroyed(sealed to decay within the Master sword, destroyed by a Triforce wish) so Ganondorf is less a reincarnation of the soul of Demise and more of a manifestation of his entire character like being an incarnation of Vishnu or Buddha, Ganondorf, Demise and Malladus are embodiments of the universal hatred.
He killed his own followers in ALttP's backstory, in OoT, TWW and TotK he is only shown to care about Twinrova as their names are inscribed on his weapons and they are likely the ones who taught him dark magic in OoT as they are demon cultists(as shown more clearly in the Oracle games where they talk about extending the demon world and reviving their son in a demonic ritual that guides his spirit back to the world of the living and gives him a proper body) and his foster parents
In OoT Ganondorf after becoming a Great demon king/Great king of evil(Daimaō) leaves the Gerudo in the desert for 7 years and they are later seen celebrating his defeat, he also swears that he will exterminate Nabooru's descendants.
------------------------------------------------
Abrahamic satanic inspirations for Ganondorf's character have been present in the first five games and small bits are still present in the newer mostly Buddhist, Shinto and Hindu inspired games.
-----------------------------------------------
Some more tidbits about the curse of the demon tribe.
@carljohansson3512
Thanks for pointing out all the things that is missunderstood due to misstranslation.
Also to add something to the sealing part:
It is only rare that mere Power is enough to stop Ganon, there also needs to be an "ellement" included, which is Holiness.
And mostly we face these foes with weapons that have the Attribute to them that basically all of them are weak to:
Holy Light, which is used to erradicate Darkness, just like Rauru does in Tears of the Kingdom, he Steals Ganondorf's Magic but doesnt use it on his own, he purifies Ganondorf's Dark Magic with his own Holy Magic, resulting in a green Energy of Neutralized Magic to come from above.
@@carljohansson3512
I think it is more like neutralizing it, similar to Matter and Anti-Matter, both are particles that came from energy and if both get into contact again they erradicate each other and become energy again.

I’ve kind of wanted to what his contingency plan would be
Since Ganondorf is a Demon King - an entity powerful enough to bring down Big Gods - and also invulnerable to almost any attack, the only way to bring him down is to use his Weakness:
Holy based attacks are the only thing that can harm him in many cases.
@ I was talking about what would Batman would do
@@ericsanders9847
I did explain it partly, he would gather all Exorcists he can get, like John Constantine for example, and use them for their aid to banish him or something.
Win it is a new Link it is a different character with the spirit of the hero. Kinda like the Avatar, the spirit of the Avatar is born into a new body, but the character has their own life.

@randomoreoaddictor6712 Yep. But I'll keep going. I'll go to 1000 days if i have to.
Good luck, I’ve been posting for Altair for months now.
We dont need one for Link himself, though you better should prepare for Dark Link
@Chris-gx1ei Link is more recognizable. Plus, he's more of a threat.
Speaking of revival, cycles, and endless chases through time...

A clarification about ganondorf: he is pure evil, he doesn't have "nble goals" or whatever, the one thing that always pushes him to be evil is envy, in ocarina of time, he felt envy of the entire kingdom of hyrule, while him and the gerudo's lived in a desert, the rest of the kingdom have fresh wind and big plains, he always felt envy towards anyone, with god-like power, for example, the Zonais, and there's a theory that ganondorf is the incarnation of Demise's hate, demise si basically "Ganondorf prime" in short, a being of pure evil that was destroyed by the first incarnation of link and the first master sword (yes, FIRST master sword, because ther'es a lot of reaons as to why the one in wind waker and Botw and ToTk are different ones ), but that last part is just a theory or personal thought
Edit: also to note, Ocarina of time and wind waker ganondorf are the same one, not a new incarnation, just the same guy that broek the seal in which he was imrpisioned at the end of OoT, in the adult timeline
He was more chill in Windwaker.

That was because he first had a Sword of Exorcism pierced through his brain before the Sages imprisoned him in Ocarina of Time and secondly after his return the Gods themselves interviened, and believe me, anyone would be depressed if their own Gods actively turn against you *during your lifetime*, because this means you have done some serious shit and this should be make you thinking.

The most dangerous version of Ganondorf is from the downfall timeline he had the full Triforce it can effect other universes and can even erase conceptual beings like Null who was the embodiment of nothingness who could eat all of existence.
And the full Triforce is also channeling the power of not one, but three universe creating gods.
Yeah, the Triforce is limitless Power, it does have minor limits like the Master Sword that is forged with the Power of the same creators, but unfortunally these limits are very insignificant that anyone but Link could basically bennefit from
But it does reach through every corner of the Multiverse, similar to how Rom conquered all of Gallia except for a Small Village (Asterix Refference by the way)
Immortality is a gift for those who can make use of eternity for everyone. It is also a curse for those who cannot share a moment of eternity with anyone.
Ganondorf shares it with his Demons since as their King he represents the Will of the Demon Tribe.
