I started using this system a while back and love it!!!! Very user friendly and their customer service is GREAT! The compound makes a fantastic 1-step with their medium cut yellow pad. The compound and polish work well with any pads.

Thanks for another great video. I’m new at this but I purchased the angle wax products so I’m going to very carefully try those. Keep them coming. I stopped watching other detail videos and I’m always looking forward to your new ones.
If you are just starting out...I suggest 3D ONE. It truly can do it all and takes some of the guess work out of choosing a compound.

Thankfully this channel is like the total opposite of most other detailing channels. I would trust the recmondations from brian unlike the 'sponcered' reviews by lads playing TH-cam detailing in the back garage.

Hello Brian a little on the RANT SIDE do to a discussion this past Saturday and looking for help
maybe all 3 levels on one vehicle then a brief discussion on business aspects shop wise cost or even mobile cost
Like to see you do a video being as you are so active. the video should be the the THREE LEVELS of vehicle care #1 CAR WASH #2. DETAILING #3. PAINT CORRECTION. So many people both tradesmen and customer usually mix up or combine/intertwine parts of the 3 together. I was just speaking to a detailer (shop) on SATURDAY about this and pricing I said a car wash is similar to the DRIVE THRU wash/ dry, clean wheel face and tire, dress tires, clean glass.
A DETAIL (EXTRAS) using more tools and products, , cleaning wheel (inner) barrels, cleaning/dressing wheel wells, blowing water from crevices, spray polymers or spray wax, regular claying/waxing by hand or machine and final PAINT CORRECTION USING A MACHINE TO CORRECT DEFECTS TO PAINT, buffing/polishing/sanding/claying and as far as up to protecting via paint coating. I say only use of machine in detailing category is for waxing and maybe an (A.I.O) ALL IN ONE product. close video I could find but has not been updated is this: th-cam.com/video/X2km7Q7IvCk/w-d-xo.html, Other detailer said he did not want to up his rates from $20.00 because he did not want to lose customers, being as I CHARGE $50.00 FOR A BASIC DETAIL and his is as he considers a wash, My basic consist of
BASIC DETAIL (approximately 1.5 - 2 hours)
• Hand wash and dry of exterior
• Moderate bug and tar removal
• Clean tires, rims and wheel wells
• Wipe door jambs
• Application of spray wax/polymer
• Vacuum interior and trunk
(empty and by request only)
• Light wipe down of interior (no heavy cleaning)
• Dress tires
and wells (if applicable)
• Clean windows & mirrors
Compact-Small Cars-$50.00
Mid- Large Cars-$50.00
Small SUV, Wagons, Small Trucks-$55.00
Mid-Large SUV, Mini Van, Reg. Cab Trucks-$60.00
Suburban & Over-sized Vehicles-by estimate
Now how are you making money (profit) in a shop if you are CHARGING less than $30.00 for this service (products/time)?
I said there is C.O.B cost of business he was lost, I said you have to cover both shop and home cost cost being RENT/MORTGAGE (TWO) gas bills, electric, water, phone, insurance etc.... most shops here in PHILADELPHIA PA. are at the very lowest and hard to come by $ 1500.00 monthly. I work in my driveway weather permitting but am also mobile so my cost are a little less.And honestly I feel my rates are still on the low side.......

Yes it was the Gtechniq reps that used and introduced the product. Matt had never heard of it

@@gufiaito69able They ended up using Oberk 2-step and using perfect finish extra finicky areas. That was some major beat up paint.

What is you favorite ultra fine polish, I’m looking for a quality two step. Right now I use jescar compound and jescar ultra fine polish.
I have two favorites...Angelwax Perfect Polish and Polish Angel Escalate Lotion
Seems like quality products .but expensive compared to other high quality products anyone can put together without much work.
2 cutting pads, 2 polishing pads, 2 32 oz containers of cut and finish. It is right on par with what I normally use.
